Went to the bank in King Soopers, Windsor, the gentleman working was very nice. Unfortunately the two ladies working ( I’m sorry do not know their names) were absolutely rude. Wanted to open a checking account and she told me to come back in 10 minutes cause she doesn’t want me to clog up the line. Are you kidding me? No. 1 there wasn’t anyone in the line. No. 2 you don’t shout to the whole world your customers business as the other lady there asked if I wanted open a checking account right after I just told the the other lady that’s what I was there for. No. 3 we waited 20 minutes and still no service. She was very rude about it. I am actually going to a different bank to open my account. Your customer service is disgusting. I’m only giving one star because of the gentleman working .

Terrible customer service. No customers and two bank employees but they claim they do not have time to open a basic checking account for an established customer 45 minutes before close. More concern for their personal convenience than the customer. They don't consider that people bank on Saturdays because they can't on weekdays. Not everyone can just come back on Monday.Update: I visited the US Bank in Johnstown, and they opened my account in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend the branch in Johnstown.

I needed to go in to the branch to do some in person documents. I called a head for some questions and got Brandon. A extremely helpful and nice individual. He answered all my questions and educated me on the apps features that I've used for years. He taught me a lot on the app. I went in and was lucky enough to get him to serve me. He did a great job. Very customer service concentrated and genuinely polite. I look forward to banking with Brandon again.

They finally open this brass back up and the customer service needs a lot of work especially when they greet someone just a real quick hello will be with you in a minute works very well they really need to learn this

Go here to wire a large amount. After done, I asked for a receipt of the transfer. They said : they have nothing to give me . Will send me an email when it Done. The big the amount I need something to Confirm their job. The lady who helps me is ok. But the lady sitting next to her really rude. Bad service.

The people here are rude and unhelpful. Their ATM is always malfunctioning and taking money from costumers. Then when it happens the tellers just tell you to call the 800 number when they are capable of taking the cash out and giving it to you. I will be closing my account with this bank due to very poor customer service.

Just got back from the bank and good bank. But not happy that they don't take coins anymore. I have always taken coins there in the past but I was told that they have never taken rolled coins. I guess being a business owner I will have to find time to make the drive to a regular branch and no longer use the one in the store.

I would give this bank zero stars if I could. They are the absolute worst bank ever. My parents used them for a home loan and they tried to rip them off at every turn. They had damage to their house from a hail storm and the bank made them give the money to them and didn't want to give them the extra. My issues stem from all the overdraft fees I have gotten from them. Yes some were my fault but most were theirs. They take the charges first than enter the deposits that way you go into the negative and they can charge you. Also, they charge you a monthly maintenance fee and don't get me started on the ATM's if you don't use one of theirs you don't only get charged the ATM fee but US Bank charges another one on top of that so you end up spending at least 7 dollars just to get your money out. Also most of the tellers are very rude. That is why I am quitting this bank. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this bank.

This was another fantastic visit to my bank. Yes, I know. . Us bank saved me from getting ripped off on ebay, but today Brad Chapman at the Windsor branch just got me a credit line at 10%, so I paid off my 20% credit card. Great service, awesome people to work with. Cant say enough about US Bank and all of its employees.
