I hate to complain because im sure my mail and packages will be jacked up for the next few years. From past experiences I typically don't mail ANYTHING from this post office. I will drive to Fort Collins because they are kind, professional, and I've never had a problem there.
On August 8, 2025 I needed to send a friend in need a check for $950.00 (she doesn't have Zelle but I've instructed her to do so). Today is August 18, 2025 and she still doesn't have the check and I drove it to the post office! Unbelievable. The window people are never friendly here as well. How fricken hard is it to do your job???

I moved to Windsor recently and I am still having an issue with getting my mail forwarded properly. I called and talked to Robert on a few occasions and he is nothing but polite and helpful. I'm sure I may have screwed something up along the way regarding my address change however, Robert never places blame and is a pleasure to talk to.
I also run a small Etsy shop and a piece of mail to one of my customers never made it out of the the Windsor post office. This can cause money loss on my end. I know things get misplaced from time to time but, I am confident that the folks at the Windsor USPS are good people that are doing their best to serve the community.
For those employees that don't hear this enough, you are appreciated!

I don't have to go to the post office often, but when I do, things run so smoothly and the employees are always helpful, especially Ashley! I will let people go ahead of me in line to wait for her friendly, smiling face! She is kind and so easy to work with. Thanks!

I used to frequently have to re-deliver mail I received in error. Although, that seems to have gotten better for now, it appears “do not fold” is taken as a personal affront. There are plenty of parcel lockers that could be used. This is our daughter’s college degree…

Always.....ALWAYS delivering the wrong items to the wrong parcel boxes in my neighborhood. I have done more work delivering items to my neighbors and searching for mine than the postal service worker does putting it in the WRONG BOX. Post office, be better!

The lady’s at the front desk are always super nice and helpful, they have helped me a lot sending some packages and helped my husband to track a package too. The manager is above and beyond, he help us not only one time but more than that, he is a really good person and what he has done for us means a lot because there isn’t a lot of people like him and the workers too <3

The ladies in the post office are awesome! I can only assume all yall talking crap have sticks up your butt. We ship things multiple times a week and I never have had a reason to complain. Keep on rockin ladies and complainers can go to hell 🤘

Ashley is so wonderful! I was unable to send my package because it was hazardous, but Ashley helped me and was extremely patient with me, which I really needed since I was super stressed. She calmed me down and explained how and where I could send my package. I then went to UPS and was able to send it there! Kudos to Ashley, the queen of costumer service. I pray that every workplace has a person such as her

I have only GREAT things to say about this USPS Windsor Branch. I’ve been living in Windsor for 5 yrs now. I visit the post office frequently, as I ship handmade items to troops, cards for cancer, cards for kids, cards for kindness, and locals who need their spirits lifted. Olena and Ashley are AMAZING front counter clerks. These two gals do a GREAT JOB every time I come in with my bags completely filled! This is so comforting to know that my mail is in great hands with these two ladies. Thank you Ashley and Olena for all you do at the Windsor post office Branch! Just B.

Contrary to all these negative reviews. I have only GREAT things to say about this USPS Windsor Branch. I’ve been living in Windsor for 14 yrs and have a business in Windsor that requires me to ship a lot of items. Olena, Ashley and Scott (before he moved) have always been a tremendous help. Keep your heads high. Your doing a GREAT JOB!

Had a great experience with Robert today. He called me to discuss a missing package after I filled out a missing mail form. I was pleasantly surprised at the due diligence that was done prior to calling me. Best news was that the package eventually showed up. Thanks Robert!

Terrible delivery services. I have multiple issues with the delivery drivers not caring about finding to correct apartment so they just drop it off at a random apartment and say it's delivered. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ashley should be fired! Currently speaking with a lawyer, going through FTCA, and have filed a formal complaint with the Postal Regulatory Commission. Have never been ACCOSTED by a post office employee before AND PACKAGE WAS SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS. Came in to ship consignment clothes today, did my usual flat rate shipping. The office was full of people and a police officer was right behind me. I’m fighting a cold so I was spraying hand sanitizer every so often on my hands. When I got to the desk, Ashley was processing my transaction. She stopped what she was doing and asked “Is there marijuana in this package?!” I was shocked at her blunt question but said no, and told her she was welcome to open my packages and check. She then rolled her eyes and said “I’m gonna ask again, is there marijuana in this package? you smell like marijuana.” Horrified, very embarrassed, and unsure what to do, I turned to the police officer behind me and said “I told her to check.” He told Ashley he didn’t smell anything on me and I’ve been spraying hand sanitizer. She then said “okay it will get checked.” I’m so embarrassed and horrified. Would have been less embarrassing if she just opened my packages for everyone to see. I under there are people that break the law but this was horrible treatment of law abiding customer. Ashley should not be a government employee. Just also realized from my receipt Ashley was so busy harassing me about weed that she shipped my package to the return address!!! I paid to ship to myself. She’s absolutely incompetent. Had to call and talk to the manager to get it sorted, hopefully the packages gets to its destination.

I have had terrible experiences with the Ault post office. I work in Windsor and had such a wonderful experience with Ashley. She is so nice and has a lovely presence about her. I probably will use this post office from now on. Thank you Ashley!
