The service is less than desirable. There's only one person working 98% of the time, so you end up waiting for extended periods of time if other customers are ahead of you. Seems like a simple fix...

Literally the worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to. Only one person working, and she did not make any effort to help me in a timely manner. She was too concerned with ripping off an elderly couple with things they don’t need for their phones and lied to them repeatedly. I’ll be calling corporate about this location. Horrible customer service and zero ventilation here as well

Called ahead and discussed the iPhone 15 deal, free iPhone with a trade in and an iPad and an Apple Watch. I am greeted with “it’s gonna be a while!” by the one frantic person working there. I patiently waited 20 minutes to find out somehow I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. The guy scheduled it then informed me only the most basic iPhone is free with the trade in, which was not discussed when I called ahead. He said it’s 1110 minus the trade in discount of 840. I was ready to move forward when he “rechecked his numbers” and it was suddenly 1210. I decided to just leave and I’ll go to a real Verizon store.

I feel sorry for the owner...it looks like they are having a grand opening going out of business sale....one sales person and one customer !!!! I won't be back thank God.

Marcus was very rude when I walked in, after no one would answer the phone. I placed an online order, that they never looked at, until I walked in an hour and a half later. There are no customers in the store so being busy wasn't an excuse they could use. Then he gave me an open box as new. And had all kinds of attitude when I confronted him on it.

awful service from Ariel and Chris. when entering the store both Marcus and Ariel seemed annoyed their was a customer in the store before being acknowledged I had to walk to the back of the store marcus then said Areuwl could help, instead of helping she continued texting then rudely said what do you want. She was ready to be combative and dismissive of what I was trying to tell her. she I stead called customer service and threw a phone at me. when he acknowledged I was correct she then told me to leave the store after I happily paid my phone off. When I asked for district manger and told him the situation after she spoke with him, he said what my side of the story.. I am a paying customer you already are handling this wrong. he then was telling me what method he was using to de-escalate the situation. He also said he likes to use humor when I was clearly upset. Terrible staff terrible , and management . I went to a different Verizon was in and out fast and they agreed after looking at my account I was correct and she was going to put addional notes and notify management as well. Ariel needs to find a different job that doesn't require working with the public or in sales.

Went in with Crack on my screen. They told me sorry there is nothing they can do because I didn't buy insurance and I would need to go to third party to get fixed. After I went home and started to review my account I noticed I'm paying $17 per month for a protection plan. I went back in and they told me they missed that when looking up my account. How do you miss that when that's specifically what I came in asking about!?! Then they proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do in store and sent me to a website to file my claim. Sure glad I didn't go spend a few hundred bucks to repair my phone!

Not a good rep store for Verizon. Not suppose to charge for Sim cards when phones are upgraded. But they do. You would be better off using a Verizon Corporate store. Just look at the copy paste response below.

I needed to set up a new account & move my phone over. Thanks to Noah it was one of the most pleasant “phone store” experience I have had. Noah was very helpful in helping me choose my plan & had me set up & ready to go before I realized we were done. I hope he is there the next time I need to visit the store. Thanks Noah :-)
