My complaint is, isn’t against the staff or my experiences there. My complaint is the most recent labeling they put on your prescriptions. I can’t even read the information. I need off the label. It’s all one color and it’s extremely hard to read. The print is not clear at all. The old labeling Was much easier to read highlighted some certain areas squared off some certain areas and it was easy to find the information I needed like the date, the doctor and the name of the drug. I’m assuming that a huge amount of their prescriptions are for the elderly, and this does not benefit the elderly and trying to read their prescription information on the label. Also, about the time they started charging us for plastic bags, Walgreens stops, putting their prescription bottles in paper bags and started putting them in plastic. Fortunately we don’t have to pay for that plastic but what was the point of making us start bringing in reusable bags when they started using plastic for their prescriptions instead of paper. This doesn’t make sense to me at all.

We have had many problems. A recent example; around noon promised a prescription availability after 3PM but showed up after 4PM to be told you need to come back tomorrow. After insisting we needed the prescription finally got it around 6:45PM.This is only one of many problems we have experienced with this pharmacy. Needless to say we no longer use them.

So I know you guys are all stressed because they're not there at the minute and get everybody all out right away but let me tell you they are very short-handed people are not working still and they're doing the best they can. Yes I get it that we all want to get in and out of walgreens. But unfortunately everybody wants to get out of Walgreens right away so everybody goes all at once so maybe go at a different time but please don't smash those people they're working extremely hard there and they've always been very nice to me

Come to this pharmacy drive thru if you have hours to kill sitting in your car.Did the car at the window break down? Are they threatening the staff? Are they at the window on teledoc waiting for their appointment with the doctor before they’ve ever even been prescribed anything? If a vehicle is going to sit there for more than 5 minutes (or for 20 like this one is, I just got out of line) they need to be asked to come back later or come inside.Or open up a 2nd line, one for ultra long consultations, and one for just pick up.

Scheduled a Covid test and they required that I go inside of the store potentially infecting more people. Just remember if you’re sitting inside waiting for the 40+ minute wait times, there’s a high chance people with active Covid are sitting right next to you. ???

Made appts. for Covid-19 on their website. Apparently they ran out of the vaccine before we arrived but didn't bother to notify us; their excuse when we showed up was that "the website is out of date." Re-booked appointment on the website. Called three times to confirm with the pharmacist that the vaccine would actually be available, unable to reach someone who could provide that information. Not impressed.

Staff was rude and even before the girl charged me I gave her my insurance card and never ran it. Won't be going back.

Called to get my prescription from Kings Soopers on Main Street Windsor to Walgreen because the king Soopers drive thru has been closed for over a year! the answering pharmacy tech literally interrupted every time I tried to speak- mind you I have Covid-19 and an ear infection so I was speaking the lowest voice I could gather..only got her to hang up on me. Called back for store manager Blake who listened then put on hold then the phone kept ringing with no one answering! Terrible service especially when you are there to assist sick people.

Pharmacist and tech were rude. They kept saying my husbands prescription was denied even tho mine was approved With the same plan. Went to another pharmacy they were able to run it once Walgreens reversed it because it already ran through our insurance. When I called Walgreens back the pharmacist actually said it’s been reversed and I explained to them that they should be nicer and try and figure out the problem instead of being so rude and she actually said “yeah whatever”. Such an incredibly rude service!

I really hope you guys can figure things out in there. The wait time just doesn’t seem acceptable and my concerns and frustrations are not just based on one experience. This is 97% of time I come to get my prescriptions, which can be anywhere from 2-3 times a month, since I moved here in 2016. That doesn’t just go for drive thru service - even when I went in for a scheduled vaccine, I waited over 45 minutes. Please, do better.

Had a prescription called into the pharmacy on 11/13 went to pick it up 11/18. Waited in the ridiculous drive up line for at least 25 min only to be told they hadn't filled it. Then told I would have to wait another 20-30 min! They had 5 days to fill it so frustrating.

Overall great pharmacy. The staff is friendly and always delivers my prescriptions without issue. However, since Walgreens went to drive thru only while also offering COVID tests at the drive thru, it takes 30-40 mins on average to pick up prescriptions. This used to take me 5-10 minutes.

1 hour and 4 minutes on hold after being asked to call regarding a prescription refill request and I was hung up on. I will no long use the Walgreens location because of poor customer service.
