Do NOT accept partial orders or refills from this Walgreens. I received 23 pills of a 405 pill order. The person I picked the 23 up from said I would be notified when the remaining portion was available. Later, the staff told me once I accepted the 23 pills the order was filled and there was nothing they could do. Insurance won't cover the refill because, in theory, I still have an 80 day supply. I had to talk with the pharmacist to get the prescription even partially corrected. The pharmacist is telling me my insurance will only cover 30 days. I've had the same insurance for 12 years and I've been on this medication for 43 years. What a mess!

Disappointed. A frenzied pace in an unprofessional atmosphere. Called to say prescription was ready, I drove there to pick it up, then they said the drug was not available until the next day. Has happened twice. I’m stuck due to insurance but King Soopers was much, much better.

Go to a different pharmacy for prescription needs. Do not waste your time. The customer service is atrocious.

Worst pharmacy!!! My wife called 6 times on Friday to ask a question about her prescription and no one answered the phone. She went in this morning to get an answer to her question and was told that they were waiting for an authorization from our insurance. company. Had they answered the phone and told her that she could have called before the holiday weekend and now she whas to wait.

The store is okay but the pharmacy is the worst! They never let you know when your prescriptions are ready and if you go there you alway have to go back because they didn't have time to fill them. After coming home from the hospital I needed medication. I went there the next day because I didn't realize I was missing the important one. They told me it wasn't filled yet because it wasn't important!!! Who are they to decide? My doctor said I needed this medicine after my heart surgery. I'd give them no starts if I could.

Made appointments for vaccines but were made to wait a long time for them to take care of prescriptions before even taking a moment to check us in. Would recommend getting vaccines elsewhere next time.

I am not surprised to open the reviews and see everybody complaining about this place. Would give 0 stars. When I spoke with the pharmacist and gave my complained about the HORRIBLE customer service I was told “ yeah well welcome to corporate America” worst Walgreens and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Firstly, the young lady who processed my vaccine was great. She was clear, caring and was very cordial.While waiting to show my information, another lady was dealing with a prescription order. The pharm tech who was handling her order was very abrasive towards the woman, who admitted she was confused. Rather than deescalate the situation, her tone was very direct and harsh. I understand she has a job to do, but her communication was way off. The situation calmed down, but I'll just say I'm glad my interaction was not with that woman. I don't know her name but she had pink highlights in her hair. Mark was great though, he was very friendly and gave me my vaccine!

Every time I receive a text that my RX is ready to pick up, I get there only to be told it's not ready yet and to come back. I came two days ago to get my RX and it was actually ready except their screen froze and she couldn't process it so, again, I had to come back. She had my RX in her hand, already bagged up. I didn't get a chance to come back that day so I called today to make sure it processed and the lady said yes but it won't be ready for at least an hour. How is it not ready when it was already bottled and bagged up 2 days ago!? So are you telling me you dumped my prescription out?? I asked her why its not ready when it was already bottled 2 days ago and she just said in a snide tone "itll be ready at 3:30". This is the worst pharmacy ever and I'll be switching after this. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

The pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. They will call and text you saying stuff is ready and you arrive and they aren’t ready. Couple waste of time and they have no clue what they are doing…
