Do NOT accept partial orders or refills from this Walgreens. I received 23 pills of a 405 pill order. The person I picked the 23 up from said I would be notified when the remaining portion was available. Later, the staff told me once I accepted the 23 pills the order was filled and there was nothing they could do. Insurance won't cover the refill because, in theory, I still have an 80 day supply. I had to talk with the pharmacist to get the prescription even partially corrected. The pharmacist is telling me my insurance will only cover 30 days. I've had the same insurance for 12 years and I've been on this medication for 43 years. What a mess!

I have used Walgreens photo for a few years now and will continue to return! We have ordered simple photo prints, photo gifts (personalized calendars and picture books) and our annual Christmas card. The quality is always impressive!

The gentleman who helped us get our passport photographs was very helpful. He made sure that we were content with the picture that he took and then was very quick at getting everything processed.

Good service, just very slow. Waited for 30 minutes as the employee was busy on the phone. Another employee finally walked behind the counter to cut my printed photo.They had to retake the picture multiple times which showed they were thorough. However, I wasn't able to use the image they produced. Good staff, just poor quality tools. It was $20 for an unusable photo.

Made appts. for Covid-19 on their website. Apparently they ran out of the vaccine before we arrived but didn't bother to notify us; their excuse when we showed up was that "the website is out of date." Re-booked appointment on the website. Called three times to confirm with the pharmacist that the vaccine would actually be available, unable to reach someone who could provide that information. Not impressed.

Staff was rude and even before the girl charged me I gave her my insurance card and never ran it. Won't be going back.

Not sure how all the good reviews are given. Whether you go inside or the drive they, they are slow. The last 3 times I’ve been here in the drive thru there were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me. Minimum 40 minutes every time. Take you business elsewhere. You’ll thank me.

Had a prescription called into the pharmacy on 11/13 went to pick it up 11/18. Waited in the ridiculous drive up line for at least 25 min only to be told they hadn't filled it. Then told I would have to wait another 20-30 min! They had 5 days to fill it so frustrating.

Incredibly frustrating pharmacy. The flat out refuse to answer the phone. I've been on hold countless times for the better part of an hour before giving up. The automated refill always kicks you to being required to speak to an employee and then an employee never comes. I'm currently in that position and have been on hold for 45 minutes, then hung up on, called back and now on hold again for another 35 minutes and counting. It's ridiculous. The pharmacy also consistently LOSES prescriptions. No joke. I've gone to pick up prescriptions many times and they simply can't find the prescriptions which then results in employees tearing apart the pharmacy trying to find it. I've never had them actually find the missing script either. They then tell you they must refill it again and that you'll have to wait another 20-30 minutes or come back another day for it. The line in the pharmacy is endless too and the employees make zero attempt to move things along, get back up, etc. Absolute nightmare of a pharmacy. I'm a Windsor resident, but am seriously considering moving my prescriptions to FoCo and driving 30 minutes to get them instead of dealing with this pharmacy.

I stood in line for 45 minutes with a dozen other people today. There was no attempt by staff to call for backup assistance, despite the request, for 30 of those 45 minutes. When I got to the counter, the pharmacy technician couldn't find my prescription. I stood there for another 10 minutes, holding up the entire line, as the tech looked and looked. I would've left, but it was my blood sugar medication needles and I absolutely needed them for my daily injections. Finally, the pharmacist decided to refill the prescription instead, so I got to wait for that too. Absolutely ridiculous!
