Went in to open an account for my daughter with a scheduled appointment. When I arrived there was a customer at the window and I was next in line. The woman at the window talked to the teller after her transaction was finished for about five minutes- during that time a line had formed behind me. The teller thanked the woman for the conversation and apologetically told her there was a line forming- which I thought was a great way to approach that situation as the customer was still talking and unaware of the line forming. At this point the teller tells me to have a seat after I’ve informed her of my appointment and told me someone will be right with me. The woman who works opening accounts and whatnot finished up with her customer and comes out to the lobby to take back the next person. She takes back the woman who entered the bank 4-5 minutes after I had, she doesn’t make any eye contact or acknowledge me at all. At this point I’ve been waiting for about 20 minutes when a couple walks in asking for a notary- they’re told to wait. The teller then asks for my name as verifies if I have an appointment or not- apparently it was not recorded anywhere- which fine okay? I’ll just be seen as a walk in then. When the woman finishes up with with her customer she goes out into the lobby TO TAKE BACK THE COUPLE! What? They definitely don’t have an appointment and got there 20 minutes after me! Rather then approaching me and asking me if it was okay for her to quickly take care of them first she just goes up to them to take them back and glances over to me. She sees that I’m upset and says she’ll be with me after? At this point I say I’m leaving because at I feel like discarded trash in the corner. I would be interested to see if my white husband had been in this situation if he would’ve been treated and disrespected the way I was? Or if I wore nicer clothing maybe I would’ve gotten at least a glance in my direction? So disrespectful and rude, what an awful location full of awful people.

Worst costumer service nothing but a bunch of lazy individuals that are more worried about gossiping than helping someone.

Typical corporate trash, only notarizes for their members. Very rude and unprofessional, they are not part of the community. They just don't care, ill stick with the credit union...

Update: Dec 10, 2021Surely, a few months later, things might have improved with all the negative posts. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say. I drove up thinking, yeah, I'm the only one at the drive up, this will go fast. I only had a check to cash. I had my ID'S ready, the check was from a reputable company with a Wells Fargo account. Easy. I waited for 15 min. A line had formed behind me and two people had gone through the other lane. This bank has a problem! I use to be in the banking business, I can't believe this bank is still in operation in this town. Will not go back again, I will go to the Loveland branch from now on.I'm saddened that this Wells Fargo branch has severely fallen short. As a bank that's been around in this town for many years,I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of quality professional service and the lengthy amount of time it took to complete my transaction. When you are willing to drive miles out of your way avoid this Windsor branch, to go to one that cares about you, serving your needs quickly, efficiently and professionally, that basically says it all about Windsor Wells Fargo. This town is growing with leaps and bounds I hope this branch opens their eyes to the direction their going, it would be sad to see the doors close due to poor customer service.

No greetings no welcome in we will help you in a minute or be right with you. Just rude customer service when you step in, you receive glares from each teller and then one decided to ignore us at the window and pass us on to another teller.

I have banked at this Windsor location for over 15 yrs since it's close to my home. However, I feel this bank is the ugly stepchild! it used to be a Taco Bell and looks less like a bank than any other in Windsor. Why does Corporate overlook this bank? There is still only drive-up service while the other banks have been open for walk in business for awhile!!! Other WF banks have been built and the Windsor branch is still in it's original state.Sad and sorry!

This is without a doubt the worst branch of any bank in Colorado. I have been to many banks and many branches and have never complained once about less than stellar service. They should be ashamed. Wells Fargo should be ashamed. An employee by the name of Christina (I think) was the most unprofessional, unfriendly, uncostomer-service orientated person I have ever met. How she works at a bank is beyond me.If you are looking for a bank to start a new relationship with, avoid this one at all costs.

Stopped to deposit 2 checks through the drive through, the line was three cars and it took 35 minutes. Other customers were getting angry for the wait. There was no apologies for the wait and it took longer than normal to process our deposit. I will visit the larger and faster location in the future.

Met with a personal banker today to do a wire transfer. Kristina was so great to work with, professional, kind, and patient with all my questions and concerns. Great branch to work with. Thank you!

I've banked with Wells Fargo for many years, but find this branch office to be one of the best. A nice small-town feel where I always get a "hello" or "welcome" and often someone there remembers my name. Nice touch.

No problems, only one atm in windsor

This atm is out of service often and can be a real hassle this is the 3rd time in 3 weeks. Atm fees add up when you are forced to use another financial institutions atm service.
