Staff is amazing! I have visited this location once in person, and have ordered for delivery several times. Mike always goes the extra mile in making sure substitutions for out of stock items are suitable.

Just placed an order through DoorDash. They got one of the two drinks I ordered completely wrong. I have tried to receive help using the app but it has me call Windsor Craft and Cooler. The number is inactive or they are experiencing technical difficulties because it doesn’t even ring. I would just like to have the incorrect drink replaced with the one I actually ordered. If that could happen tonight- all the better. Either way, not sure how to get in touch with this store.

I was looking on Stranahan’s website for a retailer that carried their Mountain Angel 10 Year for a gift for my uncle. Windsor Craft Cooler showed up as being the closest to me so I stopped in and was able to find the whiskey right away. While I personally don’t drink alcohol, I still look to see what’s out there and admire the artwork that goes into the bottles/labels. There’s a lot to look at inside of Windsor Craft Cooler. The store is huge and well lit with a giant selection pretty much anything you can think of along with friendly staff.

Absolutely love the Windsor Craft Cooler - whether it’s browsing in store, going through the drive-thru, or ordering a delivery through the app. They make it easy, the staff is friendly, and always prompt with letting you know if something is out of stock so they can get a replacement ready.
