I made a reservation and Vacasa took my payment through my credit card. The next day I get an email from Vacasa that the unit I had booked was no longer available. They have not refunded my money.

So far this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a vacation rental. Rental was not ready until 3 hours after my checkin time with zero communication. We arrived at 4 PM to a dirty condo. I called 800 number and said someone locally would reach out. That has never happened. We arrived at 630 to find cleaners still working on the place. On top of that the condo is advertised as having access to a pool and we have no way of getting in. I’ve called. Sent emails. Called 800 number. I have had zero response to my many attempts.

Wish I could give zero stars. The reviews here say it all. Horrible experience. Can't talk to anyone who can help you. They just give boilerplate messaging. Like talking to robots who don't care at all. If you can rent from others, please do yourself a favor and steer clear of Vacasa.

We booked a Vrbo rental in Winter Park, CO, that was hosted by Vacasa. There was zero communication from this company despite me sending them 4 messages. I finally had to cancel the booking one day prior to the cancellation deadline, and I was only able to cancel because Vrbo called them with me on the phone. Terrible customer service. I would not book a vacation with this company.

Same company as turnkey vacation rentals or they have absorbed them in a kind of merger. Changed name/brand because of poor customer service, probably losing business. Lookup turnkey vacation rentals to see what kind of service they provide....love to cancel on people, don't return refunds, often doesn't clean properly. Do not rent from this company

Booked Cozens Pointe C101, in Fraser CO for 12/26/21 - 12/30/21 - two months in advance, and apparently, the owner is allowed to cancel the agreement whenever they feel like it! They cancelled our rental agreement on 11/23/21 because they ‘forgot' to block it off for Christmas! Will never book with Vacasa again!
