Nick is always fun to talk to and pretty stinkin knowledgeable on the products he sells. I’ve bought multiple pieces of gear, equipment, hardware etc… from the store and my only complaint really is Nick carries waaaay too much sick gear.

Nick helped me yesterday with a snowboard boot issue... Super generous with his time and know how. We gotta support these local businesses!

Worst Customer Service ever. I have shopped at Christy and REI. You get basic customer service. I told about needing a Wide boots but everybody at this store talked me into the boots that hurt my toe big time. I told I have toe issue and Heat moulding won’t help. They charged 30% return fee just wearing the boots for couple of times. Powder Tools is lot better right next it. I wouldn’t recommend going back to this store again. They didn’t tell me about return policy or written anywhere about it. Everywhere they take the boots back if there is a major issue like this.Additional Comments:I told my toe condition multiple times to begin with.I showed the boots I saw with a picture from next door board shop. But I got convinced that the shoe owner is selling is the right one, it will expand after heat and never mentioned about their return poilcy or displayed any where.I end up buying from powder tools same one after loosing 30% from this owner.Owner is defending his bad customer service practices by projecting unreasonable expectations on the customers.Definitely no body finds this kind of customer service anywhere. I am sure everybody will find the same after buying first time.

Hands down one of my favorite board shops. Divide is the only choice for me when in Winter Park. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and has never pointed me in the wrong direction. Anyone who is not sure what the right gear is for them go talk to Nick. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing business and impressive customer service - especially due to the fact that the county is so understaffed and hurting for employees.

Another level. That is what you get at Divide. Nick, the owner, is super knowledgeable in all facets of riding from park to split boarding. I have bought a couple boards, some gloves, goggles and can't remember the rest. Always on point with advise and recommendations. Never been steered wrong. When he is not in the shop there is always somebody solid to get my questions answered. I have called his shop my local shop ( I'm in TX) for years and just wanted to give him some review love after he hooked me up with a new set of Drake Supersports. Bomber binding BTW!!! Can't go wrong stepping into his shop.

the guy with beanie and long blonde hair cut was very rude and so nosy asking questions about what did we do or where did we go and what they were needed for when I tried to return unused snow goggles. Was insinuating I was lying about using the goggles. The other guy was very nice and amicable but the beanie guy horrible do not recommend speaking to him.Regarding the “type of person I am” expect back the same treatment that you give.Like I already said they weren’t used and the fact that you own an entire shop that sells those kinds of things and you can’t tell the difference between something used or not is your issue. They were taken out of the box and put back the most they had were fingerprints and we told you that and you saw it too. If they were full of scuffs or scratches I’d understand but they had neither so I don’t understand why you’re so sure and say you know they were used. Your attitude during the whole return was not necessary. Yes it was refunded and it should’ve been refunded regardless because they were new. Should’ve shown you the used pair we kept so you could’ve seen what it looked like for future reference.

the guy that needs a haircut and had a beanie on was rude and nosy and asking questions that he didn't need to know and kept on insisting that we had used the equipment when we had told him many times that we had not. would not recommend talking to him but his partner is very nice and more accommodating than him don't know how many times i have to say that we didn't use them and your attitude during the whole return was not necessary at all if the googles had been used they would've clearly had scuffs or scratches and they had neither. if anything all they had were fingerprints from when we took them out of the box and put them back in. the only thing similar to walmart is the service.
