I had a fantastic experience at the Vintage Hotel! Exceptional customer service – immediate and top-notch, especially from Manager Nancy Citriglia. Upon arrival we noticed a problem with the room. Initially we were met with skepticism, but after sending pictures/video the situation was escalated immediately. We were given several options on moving to a different room or to a sister property. Ultimately we moved to a room in the same hotel. We found the staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and bent over backwards to make the situation right. They even gave us a gift card which was enough for the 4 of us to have a meal at the hotel. Totally grateful for Nancy and the entire team's efforts. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again. The bonus was the hotel was located right in front of the cabriolet. Plus, the mountain had enough to keep several expert skiers ( and my 8 year old daughter) happy for the week!Nearby activities: Winter Park Ski resort and base area were only a short lift away.

Very bad service, the desk is run by stoners, friendly but useless, we stayed for 4 nights and requested get the room cleaned on the 2nd day, it wasn't done, we asked again on 3rd day and the same result, then we requested a late checkout and they said yes but in the morning in a very rude way thet let us know we should be out of the room by 10:30.Location is good but in overall I'd look for other options as this hotel is not cheap.

The Vintage was very comfortable and has the best location. It's fun to get to ride the gondola to the village every day.

Nothing like a hotel at a ski resort without hot water! Two nights no hot water. First night I was told to let it keep running and it will eventually get hot. After twenty minutes I gave up. At least the room itself was so hot (registered at 82 but set at 60) no one could sleep so we didn’t freeze. The second night same issue. I was told by the front desk that many people are complaining about not having any hot water. The reason is because they close the pool and hot tub at nine pm instead of ten pm so between 9-10 they fill the heated pool and the hot tub. I guess this makes perfect sense as the restaurants all close about 830 to 9 so who would want to shower and go to bed early so they can be at the lifts refreshed and ready to go in the morning. Do not get me started on the front desk staff at the dog friendly hotel that said the gondolas close at 4:30 but our shuttles will pick you and your dog up. Had to walk in the dark several miles as the shuttle driver said no dogs! Oh and the dog friendly hotel is carpeted, small like piss, and cigarette smoke. These were not issues a few years ago.

Great hotel for the budget conscious. Excellent and friendly staff. We stayed in the 1 bedroom with loft, which can sleep 6. Just remember that you need to either take the cabriolet or ride the bus to get to the village. This makes dinners a little more challenging.

They gave us a "room meant for four" and it only had one bed, but they upgraded us to another room. I went downstairs to ask for a blanket in a normal humanly manor only to get scolded by the front desk dude (don't know his name and don't really care now) by him murmuring to a coworker "people need to learn how to properly ask for things bla bla bla" and then when i got the blanket and said THANK YOU, he asked the coworker if i said thank you. I don't know if he realizes that this is literally his job but whatever. rest of the staff was great and funny, just the one dude :(

Do NEVER book a room with them unless you want your vacation to be DESTROYED. Booked a room for two nights 12/27-12/29. We had to FLY to Denver for this trip, and they canceled on us on THE SAME DAY we had to check

We've stayed at this hotel twice now, both times over the Christmas holiday. It is a pet friendly hotel, and each time we've been greeted with dog treats at the front desk. This year they included pet sheets to make our furry friends comfortable in the room, and a free tennis ball to play with. The staff is very kind, and the rooms are spacious and clean. You also can't beat the proximity to Winter Park and parking included with room rate!It is quite expensive- however, that's just the status quo staying at a ski resort. Given the room size and cleanliness, hot tub, pet friendly accommodations, and proximity to the lifts - well worth the cost!

Great resort hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The open air gondola out the front door takes you to the ski village and slopes. The hot tub was lovely after a long day of skiing. Look forward to returning soon.

The hotel is nice and it a lift away from the ski resort, so it eliminates the need of need to get in the car to go skiing. The room was good, not great, but good enough. I just removed one star because they should have some food options, including breakfast.
