Not impressed by the customer service. I don't need tellers lecturing me every time, they can't seem to understand sole props/DBA accounts. Perhaps the staff should have some basic training on entity types and customer service.

I am a long time customer with multiple accounts. Today I went in to get something notarized. 5 employees standing around doing nothing and no one in line, but I was told to come back later because they were too busy. Terrible customer service.

I made an appointment online, it asks what for. I write to close my brokerage account. I get there, I wait. They then say they can't do brokerage accounts, I wait again and am given a number that "might work."

The only reason you get 2 stars is because of the cashiers. Otherwise the banker is condescending and rude.

I went to the bank to open a checking account and the clerk had me speak with a banker, Steve. Steve told me it would take an hour to open the account and he only had 45 minutes available. He said we could get started and finish at a later date. He then asked for my drivers license and I showed him my license on myColorado app on my phone. He told me that he needed a physical license.I went home and opened an account online. It took approximately 5 minutes to complete and I did not need a drivers license. Interesting.

Save yourself a headache and use one of the other local banks in the valley. Lots of options including other national banks if you need that service.

Do not go there. The worst bank in grand county. The lady lied to me on the phone and when I got there got mad that they lied to me on the phone and wasted my time then the old lady 2nd teller opening started pointing at me. I did not like that told her don’t point at me. I do not appreciate it. The manager instead of telling that lady to stop pointing told me and apologizing for her employees lying to me just told me to leave. I just paid off my $22,552.00 I had left on my truck and I will be taking the rest of money out Wells Fargo closing my money market account saving. I ran out of gas cause they could not help me after they said they could on the phone. I had to walk a couple of miles home the one time it’s raining in grand county and I am missing a leg. I would never take my business here again especially after they can bold face lie to you. I am a Purple Heart vet of the Afghan war, and business owner, I will never bank with these people again. NEVER!!!

Very bad customer service, Steven doesn't even want to help you, he is very rude and you can tell that he gets mad when ever he has to work. I am taking my business account, husband account and my personal account to another bank.

I had some questions concerning Wells Fargo's banking procedures during this covid-19 period. Bank manager Hanna was very helpful and pleasant. One more ☆ added to my other five.
