Bad Rock Auto, founded in 2003 by Mac McClung, is a full-service auto and diesel repair shop located at 2701 Mountain Glen Court. After Mac's retirement in January 2024, Todd Basnett took over the business, continuing its mission to provide exceptional services at affordable prices. Customers consistently praise the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, including Darren, Christian, Donnie, and Johnny, who go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Many reviews highlight the team's commitment to timely communication and quality work. One customer appreciated the quick turnaround on repairs for their Jeep Grand Cherokee, while another shared how the team managed to resolve an urgent issue with a Dodge Ram Ecodiesel the same day. Visitors also noted the friendly atmosphere, with mechanics providing rides and assistance when needed, creating a community-focused environment. Although some services may be on the pricier side, customers feel the quality justifies the cost, and many have found the staff to be knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall, Bad Rock Auto has built a reputation as a reliable and caring local business, dedicated to helping customers get back on the road safely and efficiently.
