Excellent Service a bank You CAN Trust, What a concept today!

My mother, who's a disabled senior citizen, was led to believe she could come and collect the funds from her late friend's account to whom which her name and her name alone was included on the will. After receiving a sign document from the judge in Teller county, the bank still refused to release the funds. The reason this is really aggravating is because two times we had to drive to the Woodland Park location from Longmont (approximately 3 hours one way) and the banker clearly does not understand customer service or that any of this stuff could have been mentioned remotely. There's no way I would recommend this bank to anyone.

We just moved to Woodland Park and decided to give this bank a try because it is just up the street from our house and I’m so glad we did. Not only is the facility top notch , beautiful and immaculately clean. Everyone we met was exceedingly friendly, helpful, professional and prompt. We are so excited to use Park State Bank for both our personal and business use.

I was trying to get ahold of someone at psb and trust. But apparently there is no way to contact them, no email or message. I guess I have to write a ol fashion letter. This bank sponsors community partnership in woodland park. Im a single dad who just recently lost my job. I reached out to the community partnership for help. They had me fill out lots of paperwork and I qualified for help. They asked me my race. I told them that I was native American and at that point then they told me they don't have funding for me. A week later one of my white friends got help from them. This is a clear cut case of discrimination and I can prove it. There prejudice against Native Americans and refuse to help us. Who do I contact to report discrimination? I was thinking about making a fb post, reviews and bbb but I thought I'd contact them 1st. Can anyone please help?

Rude customer service. I was waiting to close safety deposit box and employee looked at me then went to help another customer who came in way after me.Also talked to a guy here about a home loan since we banked there and he was more interested in talking about bronco tickets they get as kickbacks than giving us factual info.The only advantage these brick and mortar banks have anymore vs online only banks is good-ole customer service, and this bank has failed at that.

Extremely rude people in lobby. The lobby person will be kind to some people and bend the rules allowing out of state people to cash checks, while telling me it is not possible and refuse me any service.

Best bank ever, hands down. Real local institution, great people. They watch the accounts like a hawk to catch any identify theft. Helpful and real. Great to my kids as they got older and signed up for accounts themselves. Was sure ten years ago, when we opened our accounts with them, that they would sell out to a big chain before long, but they never have. Highly recommend.

newer employee ran me off- not courteous or professional- did business in area and planed to again-employee told me to close my account until then-rude- would give 1 star but had been treated well when opened 10+-yrs ago

The online banking system is antiquated, not user friendly and often times just flat out fails to work. Any difficulty with the system and the bank will claim your internet speeds aren't fast enough, this includes when the online system says your account is locked. If you try to use your card at a location where the chip reader isn't working, the bank will not allow the charge.

Been banking here for 10+ years. We have/had muiltable accounts and loans over the years here. We've never had any problems. Tellers know you by name and are always friendly.
