“I had a package that was mistakenly sent to this post office and tracking had stopped there. I called and spoke with Mary Joan and she was able to help me with the situation. Normally, it is hard to get to a live person to help with a real problem at the post office. But Mary took the time to help me and put my mind at ease. I really appreciate their great customer service!”
