We are so lucky to have this store, if you look long enough you will probably find it and more. I know it is hard to get good help they are doing the best they can. I do get frustrated when I have to move big carts to see what is on the shelves, definitely needs cleaned up and organized.

Is it messy? Yes. Are there long lines? Yes. Is it a tiny store in a tiny town? Yes! Idk what people are expecting, but I got what I needed and I wouldn’t had found it elsewhere

Very long line only one cashier. Store very cluttered not organized. Bad customer service. Never shopping in a dollar general again...

The store is pretty picked over and def unorganized. Prices are ok and they do sometimes have good sales. The customer service really isn't that great, except in the afternoons when stephanie and Jodi are working. They keep things moving and both are extremely friendly ,helpful and both have always had smiles on their faces. Keep up the good work you two..it def doesn't go unnoticed

Some shelves have had empty spots for months. Seems unorganized at times. Need more cashiers during peak hours to cut down on wait times.

Dirty , slow, and all around unpleasant... you can literally stand in line for 30 minutes waiting to get through the checkout line and the Employees stand around a lot and are very rude

Definitely not the best General Dollar I've been in. They seem to have difficulty keeping items stock, and staff available. Chances are you will probably need a little extra time to wait in line or for someone to come check you out. All in all, it is still a useful store in the town of Wray, maybe not your first choice if you can avoided.

Who has not heard of a vertrial credit card given to people through emails by VISA? All the cashiers need to do is type in the credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit security code from the copy the customer has given to them off the internet. These cards are real money, people! VISA would never endorse something they didnt own. No different then paying with Pay Pal. Of course, have your ID ready to show you are the true owner. These can be $10 vertrial credit cards up to $100 +. Its money you have earned through surveys, etc. Real money. So simple to use. WRAYS LIQUOR STORE accepts these cards along with 7-11.WELL, there IS ONE store that wont even accept this type of payment or even look at it. They MUST HAVE the HARD CARD. Something they can put their fingers on or just swipe. Yet, thier till's can accept a manual key in. So they do work. Perhaps they are just to afraid of advancement because General Dollar will not even TRY IT. Soon, cash will disappear and plastic cards shredded, no longer existing. Everything will be done through the web. Then what, General Dollar?I say, go back to your office and revisit this technology before shutting the door tight. Come on, try to keep up with the changing of time. Dont just tell your customer "We need the hard copy." VISA ISNT GOING TO SEND OUT A HARD COPY! Perhaps you could say, "Wow, that's interesting, but as of now, we cannot accept this. We sure can get with our district manager later and see what it's all about!". Hey, doesnt that sound better?
