Bank of Colorado Yuma Branch has been my bank for many years. The people there have always held my confidence because they all greet me on the phone or in person with friendliness and respect. I’ve never had a bad experience with loans, my business accounts or my personal banking. I feel assured every time I have an encounter with this establishment. I highly recommend Bank of Colorado for all your banking needs.

If I could submit a -5 review, I absolutely would. I used this bank and I had my company paypal account attached to it. The teller named Anna made multiple mistakes during a financial dispute that my company had with another merchant. When I asked Anna to correct the issue, Anna did the dispute against my own self instead of the other merchant. When I asked anna to correct the issue, due to the fact that her incompetent mistake put a negative $200 balance on my paypal account, Anna argued with me, told me it wasnt her problem, then put me on the phone with her supervisor. The supervisor then told me that she was not motivated to help me correct the issue that her staff SOLEY created. After speaking with the supervisor, she handed the phone to the President of the bank who immediately without me even getting two words out, told me to "just shut up and find another bank". This is how they treat minorities at this bank and they canceled my account simply because I continued to argue my case. I have never delt with such and incompetent, racist, unprofessional, and lazy bank staff. I would never refer a minority to this branch. Dont use this bank.

The folks that work in the Yuma branch couldn't be nicer. I don't bank out of this branch often, but when I'm stopping through they've always been more than accommodating!
