Hadn't been in years and it was still just as beautiful and as wonderful as ever. The woman working in the store was very nice and friendly. Great selection of old time candies, handmade goods, salsas, jams, soaps, candles, etc. The pasta sauce I purchased was delicious. Really a special place!

We've been visiting the Hurst farm for decades, always finding something wonderful depending on the season. In the spring, the greenhouses are a great source of seedlings for both garden vegetables as well as flowers. Their early-season garden yields some of the best fresh asparagus you'll ever taste. During the height of summer, their produce is fresh and beautiful, as perfect as you could imagine. If you visit during autumn or winter, the wood stove provides a warm welcome from the chill, and odds are they'll offer you some mulled cider. Don't miss the opportunity to visit their sugar house in late winter, when they are boiling down the maple sap tapped from trees all around town. Their syrup is the real deal, and they're usually baking bread in the brick oven also. All in all, a charming, old-fashioned local family farm.

We drove a few minutes of the beaten path to hit this little farmers market. We grabbed some fresh off the field produce (they also had a bunch of CSA baskets getting picked up) we also grabbed some jam candy and bread….

I always get my honey and various treats from this farm. However, today was a little different. When I went in they were out of the big jars of honey. I was kinda sad. I would've purchased smaller jars. The owner gives me a smile and says hold on. She comes back with 2 jars of fresh warm honey!! If you 've never had warm fresh honey, put it on your bucket list!!! Thank you very much!!!
