“Bought a backpack leafblower 10 years ago. Would not start this morning and called Rockville Equipment. Jim said bring it over and fixed it immediately with a new plug and a quick evaluation. Now I am up and running again! Bought two chainsaws over the last 27 years. This is a family owned business run by people who care about their customers.”
“I have had 2 of my trucks installed with hitches here. Second one had to have wires installed as there were none from factory. The tech whose name i don't recall did an excellent job and kept me informed of progress as it was taking longer than normal. Price was the standard flat rate which was a pleasant surprise
Have also rented a car trailer here rate was good. All of my interactions with staff there have been friendly and professional
I purchased a newer truck and it was pre wired for a trailer but I couldn't get plug to work properly. I stopped by and in no time he identified the problem and showed me what to do to correct it no charge
If you need any hitch installation or service on your truck this is the ONLY PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!

“With 2 young adult kids moving into/out of college dorms/housing and apartments over the past 5 years or so, I've had my share of truck rentals. I've made it a habit of choosing this Penske Truck Rental location in Vernon.
Last week it was a move out of a small place in NYC. I was able to rent a cargo van that made it easier to navigate the tight confines of Brooklyn. The pick up and drop off was very fast and easy. As always the truck was very clean and ran well. I'll be back again!”
