Gastroenterology Specialists is a very professional practice where patients are in good care. The providers are thorough, asking questions and giving thorough explanations. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. While some past service was poor, new providers are great and the practice may be worth a second look. Patients are very satisfied and highly recommend the doctors and all those at the office.
Scott was 45 min late for my first appointment and then rushed me through the visit and cut me off frequently. A month later, I reported severe symptoms and needed counseling. It was over 2 days before I received a call back. By then, I had already visited the ED. If you want quality care, you should look elsewhere.

Honestly the doctor is good and understanding it’s the office and their nonchalance way of handling things. I’ve waited for hours, I waited for call backs and I got it… a week later. It’s just a mess. Don’t bother unless it’s your only option.
