“Valley Electric is my go to place for electrical needs or if I have an electrical question. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help you with your electrical needs. On many occasions I have the opportunity to deal with Russ who helps with my purchases and makes recommendations as to what’s best for my installation. Today Russ walked me through my issue regarding an old fluorescent lamp fixture and suggested to discard my ballast in the old fixture and convert it to LED. Russ took the time to review the wiring diagram with me for the
new installation. The amount of illumination is incredible compared to my old lamps and didn’t to buy an entirely new fixture. Always totally pleased with the professional and friendly customer service that’s provided here. I highly recommend them for all of your electrical needs.”

“I’ve been a customer of Tim and his team at The Nutty Company for over 40 years—first in Derby and now in Milford. This place is truly a hidden gem for both common and hard-to-find, high-quality nuts and bolts.
The prices are ridiculously low for the level of service you get. You can walk in with almost any size nut or bolt, put it on the counter, and they’ll almost always have the exact replacement—often in multiple grades. This is nothing like the ungraded, imported fasteners you find at the big box stores.
If your job requires a specific fastener or spec, Tim and his team will source it for you. Highly recommended.”

“The best place to stop and pick up whatever tools your heart desires! Friendly service from knowledgeable staff, the store is clean and tidy, there's lots of cool stuff here even things that aren't tools can be found here like certain gadgets and things that everyone likes to have. Although the prices are very affordable that does not affect the premium quality of the products that can be found here for just a fraction of the price of popular name brand tools. I've been coming to this location for about 10 years now and I have absolutely nothing negative to say! There's lots of parking available in a very nice and clean parking lot and one of the quietest and cleanest locations in the Park City!”
“As always a great experience at Napa. There is a running joke in my family about ending up at Napa on every road trip, it comes true quite often. Our alternator stopped functioning while on a road trip with my wife and young children. We made it to this Napa location, I went in and asked for the part. The staff located the alternator, explained the options, helped me locate tool sets because I stupidly didn't bring tools. They helped with loaner tools so I didn't have to buy everything. They let me wash up after I completed the swap of device. I couldn't have had a better experience at an auto parts store, we always seek out Napas for any needed auto repair.”

So whoever decided to install normal manual faucet sinks in the customer restrooms... I applaud your decision”

“First I want to ask managers to be on the floor to check on your staff because they leave the client go round the store without asking them if they can help. This afternoon I came into the store and I ask 3 people on the floor and they couldn't help me but refered me to wrong line for the storage bin I was looking for. But the fourth person I finally consulted her name is miss Faye the Garden Associate guided me to the right place and helped me load the 13 storage bins 27 gallon black and yellow covers I bought. I rate the store 5 start because of Miss Faye. Otherwise my rating was zero. You have a bunch of staff loafing around the store, doing nothing. The lids were on top of the shelves and how do you expect your client to climb to get the lids, yet you have staff employed to assist your clients. In short I was very disappointed of the services. Next time I will name them one by one to report them at your corporate office.”

“This Home Depot is my hometown store. Essentially it has everything the other stores have, my only criticism is the fact that some items are not the same as other stores nearby. For example, whenever I visit the Fairfield store in the front, outside they normally have grills and other items in the front- but some of the items the Fairfield store has are not the same which are out in the front of the Bridgeport store. The Fairfield store has all types of Weber grills and other high end models but in the Bridgeport store you have the lower models. I wonder why. But essentially for all most hardware, tools and paint needs it is about the same. One thing I will say is the employees at the Bridgeport store seem to be a lot nicer.”
