“I switched over to Hancock pharmacy last year for a more personalized service which I like but I don't understand why I must call them to find out why my meds weren't delivered on time. This has happened several times, including today. I'll bring this up to the attention of the pharmacist as I can't wait around wondering if my important meds are going to arrive. Now I have to wait until Monday to call because they're closed Saturday afternoon thru Sunday. Other than this the service is ok.”

“The staff here are so helpful and professional. The pharmacy is fully staffed and there is not a long wait. I moved my prescriptions here from the Monroe CVS because the Ansonia store had my medication which is in short supply because they're a large 24 hour pharmacy. I waited a week for Monroe and finally called this store. They had it and I picked up in 15 minutes. I can't believe the size of the store and the pharmacy. Sure people complain it's busy but they manage the crowds well. I will go here from now on.”

“I had my flu shot today and the pharmacist and her tech were great. The tech worked so hard and I was impressed cause I was manager for many years and lately you do not find hard workers like this anymore. I wish I knew there names but I went 9/9/2019 around 11 am. So the five stars are for the flu shot service only. I would not recommend getting prescriptions here. I did have a problem a few years back because I lost my prescription and my doctor gave me a new one and they would not fill because it was a controlled substance not even an opiates and they reported my doctor to the DEA so I went to a competitor who filled it no problem and knew it was a replaced prescription and I now go there with all my prescriptions . PS The doctor who was reported just won a national award for her excellence in emergency medicine that she will be receiving her award Oct 2019.”
