“Absolutely the kindest people and best mechanics. Started my car the day of my oil change and had concerns with a noise it was making. They answered my panicked call and helped me problem solve to get to the garage safely. Not only did they complete my oil change, they noticed that my tires were in rough shape and helped me determine what would be the best course of action for my car. John and his team were very respectful and genuine. Definitely recommend to anyone who may need support with their car.”

“I literally just relocated to Ct less than a week ago, and my new beginning is tarnished and tainted by a dreadful squealing belt on my Infiniti G35 . I needed a new power steering pump because my old pulley was defective. “Most honest mechanic I have ever used! Marcel has integrity and is very knowledgeable about vehicles. He recently fixed my vehicle from another garages errors and told me engine light and codes were cleared after another garage didn't accurately repair something. Therefore saving me money and stress from having to pay more for another part other garage said I needed, that I actually did not need. “I stopped by Pomfret Tire today to inquire about repairing or replacing my front backhoe tire. First off they unloaded the tire from my truck, inspected the inside and outside of the tire and rim and determined that a tube would solve my low air problem. They didn't try to sell me a new tire, just honest evaluation of my problem.

“Provided we with excellent and very professional service on all occasions. Purchase a new 562xp chainsaw at a fair price. It came broke from the factory and they replaced it immediately without any headaches. I made some mistakes in using the the chainsaw and they kindly provided guidance above and beyond. Almost a year later I returned with the chainsaw to have it updated and they helped me right then and there. Good people. I will definitely buy my next Husqvarna here.”
