“Both my husband and I have brought our Nissan cars to Manny's after being scammed and robbed by other shops that couldn't even figure out the noise coming from my husband's engine. Manny's figured it out quickly, were incredibly honest about what was wrong, told us the main issue, and also gave us a list of other things to keep an eye on in the future. The staff there is always super friendly and flexible. It is very hard to come by honest mechanics nowadays, we will be taking any cars we own now and in the future to Manny's.”

They answered my panicked call and helped me problem solve to get to the garage safely. Not only did they complete my oil change, they noticed that my tires were in rough shape and helped me determine what would be the best course of action for my car. “Had to make an emergency pit stop here for oil. It was the closest place from where my girlfriend, her friend and I were riding. I saw a review that said this place was a “breathe of fresh air” and it couldn’t be more true. While only there for a couple of minutes we were immediately welcomed and treated exceptionally well. Not to mention, someone was pulling there bike into a trailer after getting work done and told us all how good these guys are. “What a gem this auto shop is. Dale is truly an amazing human being. My jeep was towed in there on Monday. He was honest and up front with me about when he could start working on it. Tues. late afternoon he called and said to start it it would need spark plugs and an oil change. I told him to go for it. He did that (and a few more due to jeep not staying running and alot of sludge. (It was wayyyy over due) They started working on it late Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday I received a call about where they were on the jeep. He asked how far i wanted him to go with repairs as there were multiple things wrong with it and what my limit was. I told him and he got done as much as he could and came in under budqet! Believe me when I tell you every light in my jeep was on and beeping at me every time i started it. Now it is running like it did when I 1st purchased it. I can't thank him enough it was a great experience working with Dale. He is honest, truthful and straight forward all qualities that are rare these days. So if your in need of a shop for auto repairs dont hesitate or sleep on this shop because it will definitely be your loss! Thank you Dale for everything and see you @ 3000 miles!!!”

“I literally just relocated to Ct less than a week ago, and my new beginning is tarnished and tainted by a dreadful squealing belt on my Infiniti G35 . I needed a new power steering pump because my old pulley was defective. Shopped around at a few places and they were all decent people but a bit pricey for my budget, Lucas at Mansfield auto parts was a complete Gem of a human being, he provided complete professional attention to what my problems were and how he could help fix it. “I stopped by Pomfret Tire today to inquire about repairing or replacing my front backhoe tire. First off they unloaded the tire from my truck, inspected the inside and outside of the tire and rim and determined that a tube would solve my low air problem. They didn't try to sell me a new tire, just honest evaluation of my problem.

“Brought 3 machines here for repair, tine-up: DR mower with both brush and finish decks: multiple issues all repaired perfectly as well as completely cleaned and lubed--was like new. Toro snowblower with bad clutch likewise perfect on pickup and got us through winter of '25-'26. Toro small walk behind, never, ever started on first pull--now starts with one easy pull. Pleasant, fast, straight-talking, but best, really skilled. Super happy...”

“My son at UCONN had an issue with his older car, he called the fire dept to check on mysterious “smoke”. FD deemed it unsafe so had it towed by T&B Auto back to their shop. Alex, the mechanic, as well as the front staff, were wonderful! Alex was informed and determined to help. He answered all my questions, dug hard to find the issue and was very reasonable on cost, which was appreciated with two in college! Highly recommend!”
