Bob had always been great to my professor parents but when he saw I was disabled with a messy house he was very passive-aggressive. He kept putting me off and every time I called there was some reason. Then he said he had ordered with a certain company and they kept not getting it in. So I called and it was a lie. I let him know it was one thing to treat me like that but another if I pointed it out to my parents. He came and installed the thing.
It’s too bad. My parents had had him for years. But you don’t know who is bigoted until they are in that situation.

The five other reviews concerning Bob and C&C Appliance were fair and honest. My issue with my washing machine was addressed in a refreshingly prompt, professional and knowledgeable manner. As great customer service is almost nonexistent, Bob and C&C Appliance should serve as a template for anyone interested in what “real” service for a customer is. I originally found C&C Appliance services through a Google search, but quickly found out Bob is highly recommended in this area. He came out the same day I contacted him about my washer's failure. He ordered the part and stayed in contact. Once the part was in, he arrived as expected and installed it without issue. Very knowledgeable. Work was impeccably performed. The persistence demonstrated to solve a complicated issue was amazing. They never gave up and ultimately fixed the washer I love.
