“Excellent experience all around! The quality of work was excellent, pricing was very fair, and everything was explained clearly with no surprises. Mike and Mel were both incredibly friendly and easy to work with—made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest, reliable service.”
“Uodated at the bottom
Jeff at the front desk was great over the phone and accommodating about getting my Jeep in for a new radiator and hoses. Mike was the technician who did the work. Gave me a call shortly after lifting her up and told me what needed to get done and the likely cost.
They saw that I had oil and a filter in the back seat already and just decided to change the oil and filter for me since it was there(free). Truly above and beyond.
I read a recent terrible review, which is tough. I was there 2 weeks ago and the place ran better than most of the shops I've been to in the last 13 years with this vehicle.
....minor update. They put the wrong coolant in my jeep and ultimately threw a piston in my engine and got to replace it....they covered half the cost. At least I THINk it might be owned by someone else by now? Definitely new techs at this point.”
“When I say that service is outstanding at O'Neill's Chevrolet Buick, I mean that they will find the hard to find parts for my 1995 Blazer, that Jaime is one of the top techs in the US, and that Bryan and the crew will go the extra mile to keep customers happy!”
“They did a terrific job on repairing my passenger car doors, after it was hit by another vehicle. They fixed and finished my car before the estimated time they thought it would take, including cleaning my car on inside and outside. Very friendly and prompt service. I highly recommend them!”
“Jose and his team were amazing. They got me in quick, communicated the whole time what was happening. The eased my fears quickly. I've been to them twice now for maintenance and service. I will only use them for my 2024 Chevrolet stingray.”

“Let's start by saying no one likes dealing with dealerships. But my experience with this dealership was very pleasant and no pressure tactics... A wonderful relief.
Charles my sales consultant was knowledgeable helpful and did everything that I asked for a prior to me picking up the vehicle. I am very pleased with my purchase.I was very picky and somewhat demanding of what I wanted at pick up. I will be using the dealership again for any other purchases.”
