Great place to live! They've really turned it around with the new property manager. I'm also a fan of the maintenance guys too. They are really on top of their game. This place has come a long way, and it's going in the right direction. 6 stars out of 5, if i could give 6.

If I could check zero stars, that would be more applicable to this place. There is no maintenance, no one answers phone in office, trash everywhere, elevators constantly breaking and wheelchair bound folks can’t get to their apartments. The list goes on and on! My family just moved into Avon Place. We love it here! The new ownership and staff is friendly and accommodating! I’ve already referred several friends to the property.
