I have banked with Chase Bank for quite sometime. Recently deposited a check , got questioned abot where I got the check etc.. too 10 days to clear with no funds made available until the remaining cleared. Most bills are paid through this account and because of past issues with Chase ..I REFUSE TO DEPOSIT ANYTHING OTHER THAN ENOUGH TO PAY THOSE BILLS!!! Got charged an overdraft fee because CHASE is HOLDING my CHECK!! Z zzz Can’t have it removed because I am constantly being asked for verbal Code which I made LORD KNOWS WHEN!!!!! SILLY DUMB AND VERY SUSPICIOUS IS CHASE BANK!! I will never deposit another check EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!! It’s been time to leave them.. BUT now I know it IS!! DONE!!!

I went in with my Uncle today to help him get his online banking sorted. Everyone was super friendly, and the young woman who helped him was super patient and polite, and I think that she took into account his disability to make him feel whole. I really appreciate that approach because I know helping the less tech-savvy in today's world can be frustrating for both ends.

I had the BEST and most professional experience with John Ruiz when I opened up my new bank accounts! Absolutely everything was taken care of eliminating my time in floundering!! Every question was answered and with such pleasantness and intelligent humor! I will DEFINATELY recommend CHASE and John Ruiz to anyone out there. This space provided doesn't give me room enough to give John Ruiz his appropriate accolades. Thank you!

Henry Porter has constantly showed genuine support for me, and most importantly my family's financial health. I was left in shock by the assistance he provided in a tough pinch we were in, especially before a major holiday. His branch has always been professional and courteous. I cannot thank Henry enough. Henry has gone over and beyond!

Excellent branch. Modern and nice inside. Not sure why the low rating. Came in late on Friday and the folks helped with my business account. Super kind and helpful. Lucky to have a chase branch near me (although still a 30 minute drive).

Went in looking for a medallion stamp which apparently is difficult to find. Tia informed us that one was not available at that particular branch but then went out of her way to contact other near by branches to find one for us. Her customer service was above and beyond.
