I booked an appointment for today at 9 am and received text confirmations. However after taking a great effort of taking two anxious dogs for their appointment this am, it was dark inside. I rang the bell , called , and emailed. I waited for over 15 min but unfortunately had to go to work and now has to drop dogs back at home. It’s almost 8 pm and no response on any of the methods of communication.

I had the pleasure of meeting their new groomer, Jenn today. I've had a hard time finding the right groomer for my dog, other groomers just couldn't get her haircut right. Until today. Jenn did exactly what I asked of her and my dog has NEVER looked as good as she does now. I hope Jenn stays for a very long time. She's the best in CT!

Their new groomer Jenn did a fabulous job on my dog. She was honest, caring and very informative. My dog has never looked this good! We'll definitely be back!

Very happy with customer service. Was unhappy with a previous cut and let them know, was met with bringing in my pup the next day and a discounted cost for the regroom. Jen was the groomer this time and I couldn't be happier with how she groomed our pup.

I have been going here for 3 years and was always very happy until my dogs last grooming. He was cut in 2 areas, one pretty badly. No one mentioned it when I picked him up. I discovered it the next day when he kept licking the area. It became infected and I had to bring him to the vet. I understand mistakes happen, but when I contacted the manager, she was very rude and hung up on me after requesting that I be reimbursed for the vet bill. She offered a free grooming but I just wanted the vet bill covered (which was less than the grooming). I’m sure this isn’t common as it’s never happened before, but I think it was handled all wrong so I definitely won’t be back.

They called an rescheduled my appointment last week due to a little snow. Ok no problem. They gave me a 9am time slot for today. No one there nor answering calls. Waited 30 minutes and still nothing. Here it is over an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time and I still haven't gotten any response. Unprofessional.

If I had to explain the owner (Dan) in 3 words: condescending, defensive, and hostile. I was doing my sister a favor by taking her dog to get groomed. She is a first time customer (she's from out of state and I am taking care of her pup for a couple weeks). When I went to go drop her dog off, I had the most unpleasant experience. The lady at the front desk could not find any proof of my sisters appointment, however she had an appointment for a different dog with the same name as my sisters dog (but at a different time that day). I showed her the text confirmations and a screenshot of the voicemail transcript which was a confirmation from the owner himself. Eventually, the owner came out and said there was some "confusion" since he thought she was a different customer and incorrectly recorded the appointment. He did not apologize but offered to take in her dog another day. When looking at the computer to schedule another appointment, the owner said "I can't believe your sister would text me like she was an existing client." I responded and said that she was just looking to get her dog groomed and it wasn't her fault that her appointment was recorded incorrectly. The owner then went OFF on me. He rolled his eyes and started laughing (keep in mind there were other customers in the waiting room). He then raised his voice and told me "I was not understanding him". He was basically blaming my sister for his scheduling mistake. I told him I would be leaving and he yelled out "GOOD. DON'T EVER COME BACK." I am glad there were other people in the waiting room at that moment cause his tone seriously scared me and I 100% felt threatened. The whole thing was just bizarre. I do not recommend this groomer. I should have read the other reviews before I went. A lot of other people call out the owners temper and bully behavior. I would not want him coming close to my sisters dog or anyone's dog. The owner seriously has some issues.

Absolutely Stellar service! Very thoughtful, caring and attentive to details and direction. Jessica was spectacular with my little Luna. My first time here and has now become my go to. Well maintained front space, doesn't smell like wet dog at all and all the animals sound very happy! Luna had a great experience, definitely recommend.

"We can't find your dog" is what my daughters and I were told when we went to pick up our dog Max from being groomed. The Avon police received multiple calls of sightings of Max running down Route 44. After four hours of searching with dedicated volunteers, we were reunited with our dog. I do not recommend taking your dog to this establishment and I suggest you tell your friends about this story.
