Excellent landlord,very friendly staff and excellent maintenance

I have rented from fish at 2 different locations over the last 8 years. I love Fish and the staff. Maintainece has always been prompt and polite. They have always been there for me and very understanding. In 8 years I have not had a single negative experience with Fish or the staff.

It's lower cost housing, one of the lowest prices in Simsbury. As a result, they often cut corners. However, on the whole, it's a good value for the price, especially in comparison to other, similarly priced options in town.
