I had very bad experience today, particularly this location. really not sure it was intentionally or not. few are really good, I am not denying it. it depends on our luck.very often I had this bad experience, but still I continue going to this location, because its close to my home. i am not saying every time we get bad experience, but today's incident was horrible. looks like deliberately she cut uneven and she put lot of water on my face and did not clean properly, not sure because of out look?.....I ALWASY gave good tips. not sure why ppl treat us like this. after coming home my spouse saw it was and told hair cut looks so odd.anyway I don't want to complain on any one in particular. just sharing my experience. we all know after COVID we started giving so much tips and try to help people each other, but some time these things hurts..... if its really intentional then i am sorry...

Cut half of the head and when figured out that made a mistake reading instruction, refused to finish haircut, was extremely rude and could not finish both sides symmetrically. Erred do it yourself than go there

How to lose a customer in 15 minutes?(1) ask Customer if he’s here for a senior cut?(2) after the customer is clearly annoyed by that question because he is not a senior continue to defend your action by saying you never know!(3) recommend the customer that he should get tattoos on his head to make it look like he has hair(4) boast to the customer how she would like to be trump’s, hairdresser and go on the road with himThere you go bang you lost a customer forever !!!!When you’re running a business, never question the customers age or show your political beliefs!!!!

I happened upon a great stylist named Douglas and have been extremely pleased with his expertise. Sadly, yesterday when I went in he wasn’t there. I should have turned around and left.I went ahead and had a cut from Diane. (Big mistake) She gave me an old lady cut - even after seeing a picture of what I wanted.Although I was very disappointed with her service, I do admit that she was pleasant and personable. I just wouldn’t go back to her.Oh well, it’s only hair and will grow back…The upside, I won’t need a haircut for at 6 months.

Took my son here for a impromptu hair cut while we were traveling to see family. We saw Doug and he was great, very friendly and great with my son giving him the cut he wanted.

Awesome visit, was quick, easy, very very well done by Kelly! She also did very good cause it was my first time coming in and all I did was show her a picture of what it once looked like. Nice!

I've been to Great Clips twice and had 2 different stylists. Each did a good job cutting my hair. Gina is very personable and would have asked for her again but she wasn't working the second time I went.Cost of haircut reasonable. $17 for seniors. After my first visit they sent me a postcard to come back for a cut for $10.99. You can't beat that price!The place is clean and you can check in online but I did not. Each time my wait wasn't even 10 minutes.Definitely my new place for haircuts. Note that this does not include shampoo. That's an additional $10.

Really nice people, and the online check in worked really well. But 0 for 3 on the haircuts. While I realize my 2yo boy was fussy during his cut, still got pretty mediocre cuts for myself and my 2 boys (7 and 2). Nothing complicated for our cuts, just short on the sides fading up to a little longer on top. One of my sons wanted it to carry around the back (like a mohawk). I feel like maybe training on techniques and some overall consistency checks would help (and how to cut bangs).
