I asked for a style with a caramel color, I showed a photo of what I wanted and the result was hair with ash-colored rays, the base of my hair is normally dark brown with red rays and they totally darkened it, my hair broke, no They tested me before bleaching, I'm Latina and my hair is thick so they let me spend a lot of time with the bleach... I had a bad experience, I didn't get the color I wanted, my hair feels dry and looks lifeless and I don't I stopped myself from crying when I saw myself in the mirror

Tried to get layers done. Wouldnt recommend going. Very difficult to try and schedule an appointment to get the hair fixed. The receptionist isnt nice. The hair stylist was rushed. Very sad and disappointed. Please dont go here or trust them with your hair.
Requested style: I had long straight hair that went past my chest. All one length.
I asked for a small piece of hair that already hung when I put my hair back. I wanted it cut into four spots. One by eyes; one by my chin; one by collar bone; and all then by chest.
One side is almost there and then the other does not match whatsoever. No layer going to collar bone it is one random piece that hangs in the middle of my neck.

I don't go to icon often, but when I do they are always great. Everyone seems professional, and the stylists all seem to love their jobs! It's just a nice atmosphere to be in.

I saw Lauren for the first time yesterday for a cut and full highlights, she did an amazing job! I have not been happy with my previous stylist for years and was apprehensive about going to someone new. My husband, who usually doesn’t like highlights at all, actually complimented me and told me they look great.

I saw Lauren yesterday for the first time and had full highlights and a cut, she is amazing, so happy with my hair and like most women, we are very particular about our hair! She did exactly what I asked for and the highlights were the exact shade that I asked for, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend her.

Excellent hair cut, color, and total experience at icon salon in Avon. A highly recommended salon that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The new hairstylist had excellent communication skills. I will return.

Due to a miscommunication, my hair did not come out to my satisfaction, but the owner invited me back at a time convenient for me. The stylist was pleasant and worked with me until I had the natural look I was going for. It's on the expensive side, so be prepared for that, but they are super nice there.

I just moved back to the area and I definitely think I found my place when it comes to where I now go to get my haircut. The entire setting at Icon Salon is extremely relaxing, the staff is wonderful and not to mention my stylist Hannah did an incredible job. Right off the bat she was very friendly, asking if I had any plans for the weekend making me feel right at home considering this was my first appointment ever at the salon. Hannah also gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. She really listened to what I wanted and she totally delivered. I immediately got compliments on it after the appointment. I felt relaxed and confident after my first visit and I look forward to going back when that time comes.

This was my second time going to Icon salon. I accidentally showed up a day too early for my haircut appointment, and they accommodated me immediately and squeezed me in for an appointment. Rachel does an amazing job and overall it's a great environment! I definitely recommend it!
