“They were really friendly and they fixed the length of my pants and I was able to pick it up the very next day. They told me that the pants will be ready for me the next day and it was. I really appreciated the fact that I didn't have to call them to see when the pants would be ready. They texted me that it was done and I can come and pick it up.”

“We use this laundromat through Happynest and are very satisfied with the service itself (clean, separated, and folded laundry) but also with the customer service. Every driver who picks up and drops off is pleasant and cheerful. They never miss a day and when there's a problem they're easy to contact, or if it's on their end they contact us right away. We've been using them for well over two years and only once was there a mishap with our laundry itself. One of my kids left slime in a pants pocket and it ruined a few garments while in the dryer - We got a full heartfelt letter of apology and reimbursement for the garments - let's be real, that could have happened to anybody. I would highly recommend this place. They put the work in to get it right.”

I've been to BEST (They superglue barcode tags to your shirts), Dee's (Could never get my card charged correctly and would randomly destroy all my buttons), and a few others and I can honestly say Euro does the best work for the best price. Best of all, the staff are so kind and helpful. I have a disability and even though I can do my laundry on my own, a little slow but I get it done, they still offer to help me every time. Other people washing their own clothes ask if I need help. It's just a nice, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Laundry Works to be your choice for a Laundrymat.”

“I love the Wash Tub! We have a washer & dryer in our apartment, but this place comes in handy when it breaks and we’re waiting on maintenance to fix it. In a pinch they have a wash & fold service for $1.00 per pound (plus tax) and you can sometimes get your laundry back on the same day if you get there early enough to drop off (however you should plan on it not being ready until the next day). This place also comes in handy for larger items — we have two weighted blankets that need occasional washing (30lb and 40lb apiece) and since we can’t wash at home, we bring them here. Highest capacity washer is 85lb for $8.50 and the highest capacity dryer is 50lb for 25¢ per five minutes. Finally, I love the staff here. Great people, always helpful.”

They have an 18 flat rate for all hemming alterations for pants; which is nice and affordable! and they only charged me $30 to alter a dress I was going to wear to a wedding. Cheapest tailors I’ve ever been to in Connecticut! I’ve inquired with other tailors who charge $50, $120, etc for the same alterations I got done here. You can’t beat the price!
