This review is not a knock on the Avon store. The staff in the store were friendly and helpful, but there hands were tied by corporate policy. I purchased a mattress from the store 2 years ago. A defect developed so a warranty claim was submitted. The warranty claim was approved. The mattress was discontinued, so I had to apply the warranty to a different mattress. However, the strings attached to the warranty made is completely and utterly worthless. To replace the new mattress with the warranty would cost me $30 less than buying the same mattress without the warranty. There are plenty of other mattress stores out there. They would have to try really hard to screw you worse than Mattress Firm. Good luck.
