“We love this place and the owner! They have great stuff, wholesome groceries for your pet, fun toys, healthy treats and good quality collars. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and if they don't have what you're looking for just ask them, they have ordered items specifically for our two dogs in several occasions.”

“Just got off the phone with them to cancel a subscription and I gotta say I havent had a customer service experience like that in awhile. So sweet, very helpful, and professional. This is another reminder to shop small business. Also wanted to add that I had to cancel because our dog-baby is in hospice rn so his diet has changed dramatically. When he was eating his green tripe from Oma's Pride, he LOVED IT. Sad to have only found them toward the end of his life ?”

“The folks who do this should try to be MORE friendly, welcoming AND informative. We left without the rabies document and I had to have my husband go back and ask how we get that. That is when we learned it would be emailed. I didn't know I had to go to the register to pay. The whole thing was a mystery until I asked the questions and then they answered. Nothing was volunteered or helpful until they were asked. They basically answered questions as to what we were doing after they were asked. Just a suggestion as to how to make the visit with a stressed pet less stressful.”
