“Just got off the phone with them to cancel a subscription and I gotta say I havent had a customer service experience like that in awhile. So sweet, very helpful, and professional. This is another reminder to shop small business.
Also wanted to add that I had to cancel because our dog-baby is in hospice rn so his diet has changed dramatically. When he was eating his green tripe from Oma's Pride, he LOVED IT. Sad to have only found them toward the end of his life ?”
“It was fine but I did have two issues. I was asked to text them when I arrived but no one got back to me so I kept sitting in my car waiting. And, I had no clue where to go once I got in the store. I had to ask my dog groomer”

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and if they don't have what you're looking for just ask them, they have ordered items specifically for our two dogs in several occasions.”
