The best Professional group I've ever found. Honest caring staff. They helped me with my old sweet diabetic dog. They extended his life with superior care. Now they treat my cats with the same considerations kindness and love. You can tell The staff really cares. I'm so grateful for each person who works there.

Grantham feels very safe and at home at PAW’s. Dr. S is spot on, caring and very thorough. I have every confidence in PAW’s. We feel fortunate to have them as our vet! Techs are wonderful too!

Always out of medication for ear infection, and very secretive about it. Want to do tests but then don't have the medicines to cure. When I asked upfront about the availability of the medicine, I was called being rude.

I have used them since moving back to CT after the pandemic. Always great Techs, office staff and vets. I saw a different vet than I usually do but she was just as great as his regular vet! Well worth the trip to Avon!!

We've been taking our rottie JoJo to PAW for a year now, since she was a tiny puppy. She's had more than just the basic preventative visits--between illnesses and injuries etc. and we've seen multiple doctors & techs who have all been great! The front desk staff is also friendly, kind, and quick to respond to questions. JoJo has an extra soft spot for Kali who is always so sweet and wonderful with her--she's also so helpful and knowledgeable. We've been really happy with our experiences here and couldn't recommend them enough!

I brought my new puppy to P.A.W. Today for her wellness check-up and shots. Such a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and very informative! They take their time to make sure you know all you should know as a new puppy parent! Dr. Gerber was so careful and made sure Pip’s first visit was as pleasant as could be considering! We will return soon!

We brought our dog, Leo, to Progressive and everyone there was so nice and even though Leo was anxious, they took the time to make sure he was comfortable before doing anything else. It really shows how much they care for animals and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in need of compassionate care for their pets.

We put to sleep our 16 year old Cavaschon, Sammy, on Friday. The entire team at Paws was amazing. Especially Dr. Corey Shagensky and Kylie. I highly recommend PAWS for their knowledge, compassion, caring and all services related to pet care.

Appointment was easy to schedule. Appointment was punctual. Very clean Facility. Everyone is very professional, skilled and nice especially a vet tech I think she was that was at the front desk than took our cat back to the vet. They did both bloodwork and stool sample tests for her and we had our lab results back the next day. Willow had one of her vaccinations too. They were so sweet with our precious girl. Willow liked them. Her whole exam went very smoothly and quickly. We found out she was a few pounds overweight so cutting back her food a little. Our previous vet told us the wrong amount to feed her and what her weight should be. This vet was very thorough going over everything. Cost is reasonable. Best vet we have had. Highly recommend. Some very cute pictures of cat patients on the cat room wall too. Since moving to a new state we were scared we would not find a good vet but thankfully we have.

I bought a puppy on Saturday and didn’t think to make a vet appointment until Monday. I called two vets in Avon and they immediately turned me away and said they were booked out for weeks. Third times a charm.. I called PAW and they were so kind to ask questions about my pup and make sure he was ok. When I shared he was very itchy they made time that same day to see him. The staff from the front to the tech to the doctor were amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and happy to see my pup. For as long as I have my dog, PAW will be our vet and friend. Also, very modern with texting, pay links, and communication. I highly recommend!

Brought. Our dog in due to rapid weight loss and loss of eating. They did numerous tests and charged me for them and then said go to specialist would not recommend this vet because they gave me no other alternatives in
