Inexcusably long wait beyond scheduled time. Plus very annoying discussion of new billing procedures and current "outstanding balance" (which goes back to prior incompetance by Quest's billing people)

Made a Monday appointment at 11:30. Arrived at 11:20. Was out at 11:30!
What an easy process. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and that’s the fastest I’ve ever been in and out for blood work.
