Please don’t go here. I took time off work to have a fasted blood draw. Upon my 12:40pm arrival, my phlebotomist was failing to disguise she was on a FaceTime call with her family. As she sat down to enter my information, she became frustrated that she would have to call the prescribing doctor and then informed me that she had her lunch coming up and that she had to leave soon so she wouldn’t be able to complete all the labs that were needed. Moreover, she was taking out her frustration by grunting and whining while typing. When I mentioned I was a tough stick, she moaned again. I then decided to leave as I was confident that she wasn’t mentally equipped to handle a difficult stick and felt confident she would mix up my labs as she was more fixated on lunch and her face time call.

Made a Monday appointment at 11:30. Arrived at 11:20. Was out at 11:30!
What an easy process. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and that’s the fastest I’ve ever been in and out for blood work.

The kiosk system makes sign in quick and easy as long as you have the items you need with you. The waiting room is clean. The screen keeps you current on who is up next. I've been to this location twice now, and both phlebotomists were courteous and very competent. I value both since I can be a "bad stick", but they had no issues. This is usually the case at Quest, but I don't take it for granted.

1st, I have used Quest for many years. I have at least 2 blood draws per year. Quest suffers from what many businesses suffer from, and that is using a computer system to create a barrier between the business and the consumer. We are forced to go along weather we like it or not. My last visit comprised of first logging into my account to schedule an appointment which I did. The system said that I had an appointment for Wednesday at 9:20am for a fasting sample. I show and check in using the provided Ipad which said that I did not have an appointment and would 1:30 work for me? No, I was hungry. So I waited on standby. The phlebotomist that finally called on me after a 55 minute wait was not polite or personable or even friendly. When she was verifying which doctors got the results, even though I made sure with my doctor to be sure to include my cardiologist he was not listed. She then abruptly slapped a clipboard to authorize release of the results to him (which I have never had to do in all the years I have been there) and said "fill that out". She was not polite. I mean you can't argue It. Neither I or she can argue with a machine that says you don't have an appointment and the required information is incorrect. So she acted like like a rude machine. You cannot argue with a machine. It is hard to put up with this type of rude individual and then allow them to stick you with a needle. So this was a bad experience.

Finding a vein in my right arm is always a challenge for blood draws, and my left arm already has a tough scar. I really wanted to give my right arm a try. The staff (I wish I knew her name) at 20 W AVON RD is excellent. She performed the blood draw on my right arm with no bleeding, pain, or bruising afterward. I truly appreciate her skill!

I had appointment for my kid at 3:30 we reached at 3:40 or 3:45. so appointment got was canceled I totally agree that its my fault and respect that is the Quest Policy. however, i thought anyway I am in the facility and there are no person in queue so made walk in appointment and i was the only person on standby. i waited for 1 hr, few appointments served. after that there was no one in the facility. but still no one came out and called us, after few min on lady came out and said I can not take you because i was 10 min late. I was telling i signed in as walk-in why cant you take me? and also why she should tell me that. if she waited until 5 and closed by 5 still ok, but coaming out and telling i can not serve you was rude. she was very rude to me.....i never go to quest to this facility again.

FYI, the opening hours provided are incorrect. The lab has been closed for couple days.
