Went in two days in a row and the service I’ve had over here has been phenomenal! I work in the retail industry and it was awesome meeting Joe and Gordon who were more than friendly towards me. I ended up buying a used bike rather than one from them and they didn’t treat me any different when I dropped it off for a tune up. I will definitely be buying a nicer bike later on next season and I will only go here from now on. Thank you guys very much for making a new experience for a new possible enthusiast a very welcoming and pleasant one.

Got new saddle mounted in 5 minutes and was charged only $5! Joe was friendly and store is clean and welcoming! Pleasantly surprised and will be back!

I had a great experience with Ridgeline Bicycles.
I worked with Gordon and Paul in my search for a mountain bike. There was no pressure and I felt they had an authentic interest in helping me find a bike vs making a sale.
I wound up going with a bike that I eventually had some second thoughts on- so it didn’t get any use. Paul made the process to exchange it easy and found me a bike that better fit my current needs- with some room for upgrades.

I was interested in a Giant Trance 29, and had gone to a couple other shops in the state. Ridgeline was the only shop to take the time to answer every question that I had. We ordered the bike and it arrived ahead of schedule. Paul, Gordon, and Derek are genuinely excited and enthusiastic about what they do. I got the impression that these guys are the type, "I never work a day in my life because I enjoy what I do." Ridgeline will forever have my business and I'm extremely grateful for the advice, conversation, and friendship I have found there. Thanks 'yall!

I've been having my bikes serviced at Ridgeline for many years and the work performed has always been top notch. We recently went on a vacation and my daughter needed a new bike. Paul, the owner was very helpful and stayed after their closing time to assist us in picking the correct bike. We will be back for sure!

I wanted to do a tiny training triathlon at Winding Trails and wasn't able to borrow or rent a mountain bike. I called up Ridgeline and the owner Paul offered to take a look at my old clunker mountain bike from the 90s so that I could participate in the race, last minute. Not only did they get the bike up to speed, quickly, with very little notice, so that I could bike the 3 miles later that evening, but both Paul and the technician, Gordon, were super supportive, and offered really valuable insight and encouragement, which I very much appreciated, as a newbie to mountain biking. THANK YOU PAUL AND GORDON for helping me pull off my first triathlon. Both with technical support and expertise, but also moral support and advice. I did just fine! More to come, in future. I'll definitely be back. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Really appreciate the spirit and the help.

A great bike shop and very friendly and helpful staff! They fixed my bike very quickly and affordable, explained everything well and even installed the accessories I bought for my bike. I'll definitely take my bike only there now!

I had traveled from VT and in transit the mirror fell off my bike. I was anticipating a ride the next day and was desperate to replace it. They had no mirrors in stock, as surprising to them as to me, but three people managed to put together something that met my needs. It was near closing time on Monday and they were readying to leave. They took the time in extremely good humor to meet my needs, knowing they were not cultivating a local customer. I cannot remember better service and the kind of problem solving that would bring one back again and again.

The most helpful and knowledgeable bike shop in the area period! Great staff and great prices always ready to assist with the simple to the complex. Cannot say enough about the owner and the staff.

We popped the front tire of our trail running stroller and called to see if we could get help. They answered all of our questions the day prior to coming in and were wonderful in getting us in and out while also being kind to our children. They were reasonably priced, but most importantly had wonderful customer service. We will go back.

We had an issue with one of our bike brakes during our Connecticut vacation. The bike technician looked at our bike, adjusted our brakes and fixed it for no charge and saved us hours of troubleshooting. If I lived in the area, I would 100% use them for all my biking needs.
