Since I bought my car, the service department has always been awesome whether it’s routine maintenance or something more extensive. However, this last time, Jose went above and beyond, I can’t thank him enough. I had an issue with the warranty company and Jose worked with me to help resolve the issue. Jose kept me informed multiple times a day as well as reaching out to the warranty company.

I had a great experience at O'Neill's. They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I went in there with a pre- approved loan from my bank and Lou actually got me a lower interest rate. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and a fair price on the new truck. This is my eighth new vehicle and I've had some bad experiences with other dealerships. Thank you Dave and Lou for making me feel good all the way around with my purchase.

Three experiences here in the past year on the shop side. Two of the issues were a challenge to diagnose however the tech's hung in and got it right. A bit frustrating but appropriate. Clean shop, all the right tools and equipment. Tech'sare good to work with and willing to explain not only what is to be done but why and how as well. No sense of being "upsold". Saturday hours for service. Somewhat expensive however you get what you pay for in this case. Quality OEM parts, experienced tech's and reasonable turnaround time.

Professional, prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, the Service Dept. at O'Neill's Buick & Chevrolet has consistently exceeded my expectations for automobile maintenance and repair. The Buick LaCrosse is a fine motor car that merits O'Neill's expert service. I cannot recommend Buick and O'Neill highly enough!
