Online and sign on door says they’re open until 5pm on Saturdays. It’s currently 4:27 on Saturday and it’s locked up and nobody’s there!!!

This is ridiculous. I got here at 4:30, 30 minutes before they close (Online says that they close until five) only to happen that when I went up to the door, it says 3 PM on Saturday. They need to change their hours immediately, so upsetting!

The hours online said it was open until 5pm on saturdays. I showed up and saw a handwritten sign saying that they’re only open until 3pm. Not happy about having to pay a late fee for an item I was trying to send but the service there is otherwise great the other times I’ve been.

Unreliable.
Closed 15 minutes early.
Update: Tried to return my Amazon package and had bar code scan and employee would not accept it saying it missed original label. Had to call Amazon and have them switch to Kohl’s, who excepted without an issue.

What are the actual hours of this location? I see I'm not the only one who showed up on a Saturday to find the store closed and locked up. The hours posted on the door looks like someone tried to rub off the Saturday hours but it doesn't say "closed" like it does for Sunday. At least Cake Gypsy got some extra business since they're next door and my aggravation drew me to cupcakes

Convenient location and friendly staff! Recently shipped a package and the staff member helped me package up the item and ship it out. I purchased a large shipping envelope from the store and it was reasonably priced. Overall, the service was great and I shipped my package in under 10 minutes. Will be returning in the future!

I dropped an item to be packaged and shipped at 3:00 on Thursday. As of Saturday morning - the item STILL had not been packaged. When I called the store they said they were too busy to package my shipment, that they had other customers. TWO DAYS??!!?? I understand that it might not have gone out Thursday because I dropped it off late but there is NO EXCUSE why it didn’t go out on Friday - especially when I called and spoke to a gentleman who said that it would go out Friday. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Charged $3.00 to tape up a box. Employee not friendly. Try Pak Mail or UPS Farmington where they don’t charge exorbitant fees for tape.

I keep trying to bring packages on Saturday. During posted business hours to find the door locked and the place dark. Third try on a Saturday to locked doors. Hours either need to be updated or the overall "closed" status of this business needs to be updated. Time of writing is 3.19pm on Saturday. Posted hours are until 5pm on Saturday. Have watched 3 seperate folks try the door as well since I failed.
