“Emailed accidently from TX for a repair. Didn't realized they were CT. Even though I wasted thier time, they were nice and professional! Wish they were at least in my time zone. :)”

“A short while ago i took my wife’s ipad pro 12.9 inch there for a screen replacement and he told me give him a day or two because he had to order screen and wait for it to come in that was fine as i didnt even need to do anything as of then when he got the screen he called me and had it fixed within a few hours and i was only charge $300 the screen alone cheapest on internet is $250 so this guy really hooks it up i mean its been a little over 6 months and ipad still works like new i would highly recommend to anybody! Plus she is a bi-weekly customer next door at his nail spot! Best in ct!”

“Had an issue with my TV, they were able to get out to my house (pretty distant from their central location) in a reasonable time to diagnose and provide an estimate and explained the issue to me. Followed up with all the information I needed for my warranty in a timely manner as well. Thank you Ivan.”
