It's a Subway. Standard fare, but I can say in their favor that they always get my order correct when I order through the app and it's always ready at the time it says it will be ready. Stop the car right in front, grab my order off the shelf, and I'm out. Easy peasy which is exactly what a fast food place is supposed to be.

The service at this establishment is awesome. The staff her name is Laura. She’s amazing personable relates with the customers. Good under pressure best subway in the area.

They lost a good customer today. I’m pregnant and order from this location about once a week. Almost every time I pick up my sandwiches (I order through the app) they are missing something. Usually it’s the avocado (which I pay extra for) or the black olives. I also order extra veggies (because I get veggie subs with no meat or cheese) and they never give me extra. They barely give me the regular amount. It bothers me because I try to make up for the absence of meat and cheese with the veggies. I usually just eat them and take the loss because I don’t feel like driving all of the way back or dealing with the stress. Today, I had enough because over half of the veggies were missing. They forgot the cucumbers, pickles, black olives, onions and banana peppers. When I called them about it the employee said that she personally made them and she denied forgetting anything. She told me if I wanted a resolution I would have to call the owner the next morning. They basically said that I was wrong/lying and refused to help me. Eventually I got them to agree to make new ones but they told me I would have to give the other sandwiches back. I agreed and went all the way back to the store to get the new ones. When I got there they had already made them. I asked if they could remake them in front of me because I’m uncomfortable with complaining about food because I worry that the food will be sabotaged (I’ve worked in food service and I’ve seen some disgusting stuff) and they refused to do this. Then the employee got the owner on the phone who also refused my request. I ended up leaving in tears because no one seemed to care and I did not want to put further stress on my body- as I said, I’m pregnant (due next month). My fiancé and I will never ever come back to this location. I’m absolutely disgusted by how I was treated.

Why is the air conditioner on in there right now?! It is freezing in there. Went to go eat in there with my kids but couldn’t because they had the AC ON and it was sooooooo

Employees were helpful as they put together several different orders for me. Each order was made exactly as I requested. The ingredients were fresh and every meal my family & I have ordered from this Subway was put together well & tasted good.Parking: The parking lot for this Subway location is quite large as it is made to suit customers for multiple businesses which are within the same Plaza.

So much cross contamination. Employees made no effort to clean up tuna that had been flung practically everywhere and was all over the steak containers. Employees were also very rude, ignored requests for a sandwich to be made the way it’s supposed to be on the menu. There was a lady that I’m guessing was the manager that was slightly more kind.Genuinely thought this subway had gotten better because the last time I came they were getting improved but no, it in fact was worse. I was actually thinking of ordering my sub as a meal but after the attitude I got from the employee just for making a simple steak and cheese w/ no peppers or onions, I didn’t dare ask for more.

The last person handling my sub congestedly coughed over it without covering her mouth and didn't wear gloves. I looked passed that because I was sooo hungry but when I got to my car and unwrapped it the sandwich smelled like cigarettes.- To me anyways. My olfactories could be wrong but I highly doubt it.
