“I rented two trucks from here, a 15' and a 10'.
The 15' one had around 170k miles, had VERY loose steering, dangerously weak brakes, and used up around 14 gallons for 65 miles. I needed it for the ramp.
The 10' one had around 7k miles, had much better steering and brakes, used just 4 gallons for the same trip as the 15' one, and had modern amenities like a rear-view camera.
The process to rent and return was straightforward, although returning after-hours was annoying because you have to take a bunch of pictures in the app.
If both trucks had been like the 10' one I would have given 5 stars, but it's a roll of the dice on whether you get a good truck or not.”
