Every time I've have been to this post office everyone has been so kind, efficient, and helpful. Specifically TAI and SUSAN are awesome. Tai just spent 15 min with me telling me all the ways he could save me money shipping things all over the country. Seriously what more could you ask for from an establishment!? PRO TIP: If you're nice to people that are doing you a service they typically respond a lot better and do their job faster. A smile goes a LONG way ;)

Went on a Saturday morning around 9am. It wasn't to bad. There were 5 people in line. I used the kiosk to print out mailing labels for 2 MED flat-rate priority boxes. Then I printed out stamps from kiosk so I didn't need to stand in line. It was fairly easy as boxes are prices on shelf. There was only 3 of us using kiosk and we all used it at different times so no one has to wait for the other. 5 Stars for being able to do what I needed to do and not have any set backs.

I find many associates to be dismissive and rude. Not all associates, but many. They probably do not get paid enough but being friendly and courteous goes a long way. Most staff is not very knowledgeable. The people that deliver our mail are always kind and helpful though. The pick ups take a week to 10 days usually.

Worst post office ever! I wish I didn't have to give a star. On several occasions our post man says our packages have been delivered when they clearly have not been. I even went in to the post office yesterday and the gentleman that helped me came back with a sheet of paper saying it had been delivered but surprise surprise NO package was delivered. We constantly get our neighbors mail (very important mail). I'm so sick of this constantly going on and no one there is doing anything to improve these issues.

I spoke with a woman on 9/21 @5pm and regret not taking her name down but she was an absolute angel helping me track and redirect my package. She was very friendly, helpful and a delightful person on the phone who went out if her way to help us. I would hope that her supervisor knows that he has an incredible employee working at the Riverton Ct post office

This post office is the worst. We watch 3-4 times a week, the post man just drives by our mailbox without stopping. When you try to call the Riverton post office, it just sends you into an endless loop. When I have mailed letters/packages from this post office to other cities in the state of Utah, the recipients either never receive their mail from me or receive it 3 weeks later. I am amazed at how many bad reviews there are about this location over the years, yet nothing has changed or been fixed.

If it were at all possible to give zero stars I'd do it now. All the jokes you hear about how incompetent government workers are apply to this branch. I have tried tirelessly to get my mail from these people and it's like I'm speaking a different language, drunk, and slurring my words together they just don't get it. You have two jobs deliver mail and pick it up mail. No wonder you are losing money.

Totally on board with all the reviews stating they have not received their mail or they receive their neighbors mail. The mail carriers in the Riverton office apparently are too busy to ensure the mail they are delivering is to the correct address, which I am pretty sure is their JOB! Its beyond frustrating when neighbors come knocking on your door with you mail and then its your W2 forms from your job! All I can say is I am thankful my neighborhood is honest and willing to take the extra steps to make sure the mail is going where is needs to since it is apparent the mail carrier does NOT! I will also be filing a formal complaint to the office in Riverton as well as I encourage others to do the same.

Never in my life have I been so frustrated with an entity. I have had nothing but grief with the delivery of mail from this post office. It is apparently incredibly difficult, and therefore ridiculous of me to assume that the carrier can check an envelope to make sure it has the right address. Every single day I'll find my neighbor's mail in my mailbox, and if I'm lucky, he'll bring me mine. This becomes frustrating when there's a critical, time-sensitive, $4000 check I'm expecting and my neighbor is out of town, so I have to check both our mailboxes every day and sort through all of his mail and learn more about him than I want to make sure my stuff isn't in there. I've complained directly to the postmaster about this before and always receive the same response: "Oh, that mail didn't specify if it was Unit A or B." Absolute horse, cow, bull, and other large farm animal 'produce.' If anything is addressed to my name and not "Resident" it has our Unit declared on it, because we've never given it out differently, and I've never received anything addressed to me without my Unit declared on it. Spam mail is the only exception to this. In addition to that, the carrier marks things as delivered when they haven't been. More than once I'm expecting a sensitive delivery (can't stay in the sun/weather long) and I get the tracking notification that it's been delivered. I go out to check and it says "delivered into recipient's mailbox." Yes, my 24"x18"x24" package fits perfectly in my less than cubic foot mailbox. I at least DID receive it two days later. UPDATE: I just found out that a few days ago a postal worker from this location came clean about how it is a frequent occurrence to scan packages as delivered when they haven't been. Apparently Public Relations Manager Dave Partenheimer of the USPS said, "The reports you are hearing are not accurate." MAYBE YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT BECAUSE YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK! It takes at LEAST 20 minutes to jump through all of the options to get put into a 30 minute queue to speak with an agent if you call in by phone. Your only other option is to come in during their open hours which are conveniently when anyone who doesn't work night shift has work. That's some top notch dictator bureaucracy right there. Everyone's happy because nobody complains because nobody can complain, right? If you live in Riverton, get a P.O. box in a different city, it's not worth the risk, headache, and pain. Horrible, horrible horrible. I love Riverton, but this is enough to make me look for other cities to move to.

Worst service I have ever received. I ordered a package and when I checked my email to see if it had been delivered, it said that it was attempted. Went to the landlords and asked if a note was left. Nothing. The man I spoke to at the post office was so rude and didn't even try to help me. He helped others and asked for their tracking numbers. Nope, not me. He spoke to me as If I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about. Wish I could give zero stars instead of one.

The Riverton USPS home delivery is the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. Whoever delivers will not bother to get out of his vehicle to bring a package to the door, nor does he leave an attempted delivery notice. The only way I know the items weren't delivered is when I check the tracking and it says delivery attempted. It happened again today, while we were home, so I know no attempt was made. If I had the choice of using UPS for all my deliveries, I would. I've complained in person, but no one seems to care. I guess there's no "service" in their service.

The guy who delivers to bellagio way is the laziest mail man I have ever encountered. He dresses like a slob. He goes 1% at his job. He shoves 6 packages in the small box. Boxes that don't fit in there he shoves them and ruins all my presents. I changed my address 4 time and been to the post office to ask them why he hasn't changed my address. We left a note in the box that we don't live there anymore. He still hasn't changed it. Lazy lazy lazy POS!!!!! He needs to work at Walmart as a greeter. No one at the location gives a crap about customers. How to you employee a guy that can't forward mail. It's his job to do it. But he's too lazy. Fire him! Their are other people that would love to have his job. He doesn't appreciate having a job.

Terrible, they do not deliver mail to the correct address. I have had 2 packages go missing and have security footage that they never put them in the mail though the tracking number says they did. Very frustrated.
