Earlier this year, my 2016 Acura RDX was over 90K miles, and I started looking for a place that could replace my timing belt when the time came. I called a number of places, but none of them wowed me. A friend who's only owned Acuras and Hondas recommended I call Absolute. As it happened, my front end started clunking suddenly, and I suspected it might have to do with the CV joints or something similar. I made an appointment after talking with Travis and brought the car in. Since I was traveling for a few days then undergoing some surgery which would incapacitate me for a few more, I asked Travis to diagnose / fix the front end and do the timing belt, too, since I wasn't going to use it for a while. And he had the flexibility to work on it as their schedule allowed over about 10 days. I picked it up, and it felt solid again. It wasn't a CV joint but sway bar links, and Travis explained that they use a considerably less expensive part than Acura OEM, but it's the same quality. I really appreciated that. I don't know that I've been excited by a car repair before, but this felt very different to me, and I sincerely appreciated what they did.

The entire process was smooth, transparent and stress-free. I never felt pressured at any point and Carl answered all of my questions with honesty and professionalism.

I recently had my first oil change following my recent purchase of a 2017 Honda pilot
They took the car away right away, did an inspection and changed my oil I was in and out and less than an hour. I highly recommend this dealer and certainly would recommend them.

I bought a preowned 2016 Honda CRV. My experience with Absoute Auto was great. I shopped at both here and a Toyota dealer. Absolute Auto offered a fair dealer or Doc fee unlike other dealers that charge an exorbitant amount for unknown not needed charges. I was comfortable Carl was giving me a fair price

I highly recommend Absolute Auto Center! Carl is honest, fair, and knowledgeable, and the office staff is pleasant to work with. The 2015 Honda Civic I purchased is a good value, and was reasonably priced. I will definitely buy from Absolute Auto again!

As a first time customer on my very high mileage 2014 Acura MDX, I was due for an oil change and check up. I've been going to the dealership since I got the car and always did what was recommended but after reading the positive reviews I decided to give Absolute a try. I did need a few more repairs than I had hoped for but wasn't surprised with 243k. Tucker was great, pointing out what needed immediate attention so further damage didn't occur. I've made an appointment for next week to address the issues, my personal goal is 300k!

We have been servicing our Honda's at Absolute Auto for years. They have consistently provided good service and have been timely in scheduling and completion of the required service. Tucker is friendly and courteous and is very responsive. They also are a great dealership, providing quality used Honda vehicles. I have purchased five vehicles from the dealership and have never been disappointed.

Just bought a car from Absolute Auto and am very glad I did. Car was priced fair and I was as able trade in my car for a good value as well. Great experience working with Carl, down to earth and very knowledgeable. I will buy from Carl again no doubt. I service all my cars at Absolute and have for over 20 years. Always a great experience, great peace of mind, trustworthy and excellent sales and service.

Absolute Auto is thee place to go. They are trustworthy and honest. Having your car or truck repaired can be stressful. Having confidence in your mechanic and service advisor goes a long way to reduce the stress to a minimum with Absolute Auto.
Chuck was so helpful and honest and the work was completed perfectly that this is my go to place for repairs and maintenance.

As a new resident of Connecticut, I was looking for an Acura specialist service shop. My first time was a blast. I got first-class service from the service team, especially tucker, and the price is reasonable. I feel that not just the car, but me as well, has been taken care of with how I was assured that my car is in very good condition.
