It took me a month to write this, but people need to know the truth. Buyers, beware! This dealership sells cars knowing there are problems, then turns around and tries to charge you to fix them just days after you drive off the lot. To make things worse, my tires were completely bald on the inside — a serious safety hazard they clearly ignored. I was advised to report them to the attorney general office with my documentation and I will. The owner is dishonest and manipulative, and I deeply regret not researching this place more before buying. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere!

Everyone was so amazing and accommodating! Was able to get an amazing deal on a Suburu Impreza! Rose was so sweet as well as the owner being incredibly personable as well as knowing his stuff! Timmy did an AMAZING job detailing the car so it had that brand new car smell and look! Even waxed it for me! They even helped me cut off some rusted bolts from my old license plate! I couldn’t recommend Berlin Auto Sales enough! Thank you for everything!

When I reached out to the dealership to report the issues, they gave me the runaround and insisted I would have to pay them just to look at the car. That is not how a reputable business operates. Instead of taking responsibility, they claim all cars are sold “as is” — but when you’re paying over $4,000–$7,000, the vehicle should not be sold in such poor condition without properly disclosing it.
This dealership misleads customers, provides no real support, and sells unsafe, unreliable vehicles. Save yourself the stress and money. Do not buy a car from here. This place is a scam.

Had a bump in the road with Syed with one car I purchased from him I felt like he miss treated me and took advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge of cars but in all actuality he made sure he stood on his word got me out of that BMW and put me in a better one which I love and I have no problems with so to me he is a guy that’s a man of his word and he will take care of you if you conduct yourself right!! Thank you Syed I love this new BMW!!!

Syed went above and beyond and was fantastic to work with. He made my car buying process very smooth. Always friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and very helpful! His customer service is second to none.
They sell remarkable clean used cars,that are serviced well above standards and are priced great at Berlin Auto Sales. They have so many great options, it was hard to make a decision but I am very pleased with the purchase of my Mercedes! I look forward to continue having my car serviced at Berlin Auto Sales and will use them for future car purchases. I highly recommend them for all your car needs!

Purchased a 2011 Audi A5 4/12/2024, not even 2 weeks go by and the car is burning oil. My boyfriend and I have tried contacting the dealership with no luck. This car is not considered "as-is" because it was more than $3,000. My boyfriend has gone down there in person and no one is ever there. Shady business, taking advantage of people.
