Husband got a room with JacuzziThe motor was struggling so bad it was literally screaming & smelled like it was burning.. the button to start it up was spitting yellow nasty stuff out & it didn't appear very clean.kids stopping & running around till 12am in the hallways & the room above ours..If we wanted to be up all night listening to that, we would have stay in our apartment..I felt so sorry for the desk clerk, as she was the only staff member available, but did an awesome job trying to make ppl happy to the best of her abilities..

Stayed here with the fam on NYE, across the hall from a group of like 6-8. I get it, it's NYE, let's get a little crazy. The fam and I were up till midnight, enjoying ourselves but this group was super loud, yelling, fighting, till about 3 AM. I called down to the front desk multiple times, no answer. I asked to talk to the Manager the next day and for weeks afterwards, it was ghost town. Don't stay here, ya'll have been warned. Management sucks.

My only issue with this hotel is that when you walk out of your room you are overcome with the smell of pot. Hotels not just the Best Western need to do something about that. It's unfair for those of us that don't smoke to have to smell that stench.

The price point was great !!! This place is kept impeccably clean ! From the comon areas to the rooms. Every square inch is spotless. The staff obviously takes pride in their work. The rooms were a bit dated but is par for the course in new england. The customer service was exemplary ! These folks know hospitality and do it right. My stay was comfortable and all my requests were greeted with a smile and facilitated quickly. I will most definitely stay here again if the need arises. This place in my opinion has a Great Manager, as everything trickles down from the top and the professionalism is strong with this team. It was an absolute pleasure staying here.

Anytime I arrive at any hotel, I always look for the cleanliness of the hotel and the customer service. I stayed for two nights. The lobby had nice sofas for guests to sit on, and it looked like the hotel had an electric fireplace. Overall, the lobby was nicely decorated. The room smelled clean, and the rugs looked vacuumed. The bedsheets were fluffy and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast is included. The price was great for two nights. I highly recommend it for the price!

•beds are firm•pillows are small and uncomfortable•the wifi sucks•the coffee comes from a machine and not freshly made.•breakfast was horrible•the pool was very cloudy/excess amount of chemicals/chlorine•bathrooms are tiny•tv is small•the refrigerator barely keeps a chill•rooms are a decent sizeSafety: All doors were secured. That includes side doors, gym, pool etc.

Vety clean hotel! Nothing fancy or extravagant but a normal clean hotel. It is very well kept and seems newly renovated. I did not eat at the complimentary breakfast but it smelled very good. I would recommend this hotel!

Big bedrooms, a swimming pool, but no restaurant.There is breakfast but all the cuttlery is made of plastic to be thrown away.Please have a thought for environment.Walkability: Only accessible by car.

So we all know what to expect when we stay at a Best Western. It's not the Ritz Carlton. The experience can be OK to dismal depending upon who is running the place and who is working there. That said, this place bucked the trend, as it was absolutely first-rate. It was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was amazing. We checked in late at night and asked for a roll-away bed. Somehow the front desk clerk managed to get the bed and put it in the room, after checking us in, before we got up to the room ourselves. Magic, or just the fastest front desk clerk ever? Lol. Wish I could remember his name. Young black man with a short afro hair cut. He deserves a raise. The other staff were all pleasant and professional as well. Five stars earned. It is as good as this level of hotel can possibly be.

Room was fine, comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.The problem I had was they put a hold for the amount of the room on my debit card, and kept it on there for 5 days AFTER taking the money for the room out of my account. Called to complain but didn't get satisfaction.I have never had a hold from a hotel last more than a day after the money was paid out of my account.For this reason I gave them a 1 star rating overall.I will never go back to Best Western, and canceled my account with them and deleted the app from my phone.

Booked this hotel for an overnight stay of 9th Sep 2023, checked-in around midnight & with a planed check out at 8 am next morning.After check in, once I'm reached in room 215, I found room was hot & humid even though AC was running. I set the AC to 60f and waited for more than an hour but found no difference.So around 1:30 am reached to front desk and met TENG and explained the situation and asked either he does something to fix the AC or move us in another room. He said he can move me into another room but then I have to pay full price for that room too, which is $200 plus (along with the room I already paid off) and for AC, he can't do anything bcz as per him it's the best AC can do like I never ever saw an AC. Asked to talk to manager which he called 4 times but didn't get any response.After 30 mins talk I realized he can't/won't do anything to make the situation better.At last we couldn't sleep after our long journey and paying out for good hotel so my suggestion is to stay out.Rooms: Bad AC, hot and humid room, the best they can cool is around 78 or 79F

Just back from my second stay in two weeks. This time I booked a disability room bc of walking/back issues. The extra grab bars in the bath made such a difference for me! The king bed was the best support for my back ever. Absolute sound proofing within rooms. Staff are helpful and warmly courteous, and I met friendly and interesting people to talk with during the outstanding breakfast as well...special recognition to Ann, who keeps the breakfast time going smoothly, and who is ready with a smile to refurbish the food offerings and to help those of us confused by the multiple offerings at the coffee unit. Best three days from home ever...great place to count on.
