“I stopped in a few weeks ago and wanted to just take a look at some new snowboarding boots because my current ones feel as though I’m sliding out of them after four years of owning them. Immediately Craig(owner) finished helping one customer and jumped right over to helping me. He listened to every aspect of my concerns with my boots from concern of boa’s versus laces to ankle support come for, etc.. After trying on about three different boots, he introduced me to Nideckers and it was a perfect match. I finally was able to feel comfortable in a boot that felt secure didn’t cause pain and fit my foot exactly how I wanted it to. While trying on different boots and having me wear them for a while to make sure that they were comfortable and had me walk around in them, he was also chatting with me about my board set up different types of bindings, and different types of boards. I expressed my goals for this season and he was very helpful with all of his knowledge. The most comforting part was he didn’t treat me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He actually was able to teach me in a constructive way where he made me think of what the answer could be. Although I’ve been riding for a few years now and very comfortable with my riding he was able to help me just a little bit more with teaching me the correct way to have my bindings how to set up my board to different styles of riding. It was such a good experience I dont think ill forget it. I went home and took all of his advice, drove to the mountain the next day and what a difference. Although im now learning my new set up I feel so much better and more in control of my board. Great place and I will definitely be back!”

“I purchased a new Trek DS 3 from Trek bike Newington last October. I returned in 30 days for its first tuneup which was done while I waited.
I then brought the bike back today for its level 1 tuneup which was free with the purchase.
Staff recommended I hold off until late summer once I’ve put more miles on.
The reason for this post is that the mechanic stopped what he was doing to tune my shifting so I would be good to go all summer.
It’s this type of service that make me glad I went to Trek bike Newington for my new bike.
