“Bought 2 bikes in this Trek store, at different times. The shop looks great and the people there are very helpful, courteous and competent. It is always a pleasure to go back to this store.”
“Deb & Steve offer the most a bicycle shop could offer. They talk to you, help guide you toward the right bike for you, if you want. They are incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional every step of the way from selection to fitting the bike to you. On top of that, they are active in the community locally and at the state level, speaking up for small businesses. I cannot say enough and recommend their shop 100%.”
“Have not been on a bike for years, where to start? Checked out a few bike shops, but when I stepped into Cycling Concepts, WOW. So many bikes to choose from, and Keith was wonderful. He asked questions to determine what type of riding I would be doing and found the perfect bike for me, could not have felt more comfortable on a bike, like was made for me. He got the frame size exactly correct, adjustments to seats etc. were spot on. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, and trying different bikes was no inconvenience for Keith. Although he did not have my perfect bike in correct frame size in shop, he sourced one out, said two weeks max, and to the day, picked up my new bike.
This shop not only has a huge selection of the best named bikes, caters to all types of riding, but makes your safety and proper fit a priority. I highly recommend the vast experience that this shop offers, from purchase to repairs, you can certainly ride with confidence. Enjoy!”
“I recently got into road biking and I'm so thankful this place exists. The shop is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Chris, Matt, and Molly have all been friendly and patient with my thousands of questions and have shown their expertise throughout. I can't recommend this shop enough.”
“As stated this is a family-owned and operated business, and it really shows with its customer service. I dealt with both father and son on the phone in my search for a particular, virtually impossible bike to find this Christmas season, that my grandson wanted. They spent lots of time with me on the phone trying to see if and how it could work or if there were alternatives. They took the time to send me pics of bikes that might be available in a few months. I got lucky and found a bike at another shop, but if Renaissance would have had it, I would have purchased it there.”
